么？我说：算了，裹着那个不方便干活
孩子们还没弄好，趁机看会儿Tivo录的talkshow（里面还有好些去年录的纪录片呢）
把积得小山似的衣服、浴巾等等一股脑扔进洗衣机。一直都买最大容量的洗衣机，小隔
间的门将将能拉上。衣物也都买不掉色、耐热耐洗的，不用分开洗
交代给女儿，等洗衣机停了怎么做，千万要make sure the shirts不团在一起都是褶儿

200km/h，失控撞到Odyssey. Odyssey被撞散架，3个遇难者被从

如果膝盖有伤，也许要看情况。我的acl断了，一般骑都没什么感觉的。不过起50miles
以上的长距的话，我会用类似KT tape的东西贴在膝盖周围，去youtube search KT
tape会有很多介绍和方法，我用的是Leukotape P Sportstape，另外用BSN Cover-Roll
Stretch Adhesive Bandage Gauze 打底（sportstape粘性太强，不能直接贴在皮上）
。这个组合平时都可以用，可以贴一个星期也不会有皮肤过敏的感觉。 |

还有，这种 one-day hiking，要买多大的包？我现在这个包就是普通书包，大约 32L
或更大，放得很满。我列一下今天带的东西哈，大家看看是不是能够精简下来，或者漏
带了什么：
从底到上是：first-aid case, hiking energy bar, 雨披，羽绒服（这些都是以防万一
需要在雪地里过夜的），两顿 sandwidge，4 瓶水，一个 2L 的水袋，手电筒，厚手套
。外侧是 GPS，bandage/antibiotic ointment，sunscreen，帽子，胶卷。
外衣是带 hood 防水夜里反光的一件衣服，不知道咋称呼，装了手机，罗盘，一袋葡萄
干，一袋坚果，地图，还有些零碎。腰带上是 camping knife，笔。duck tapes 缠在棒
子上。相机挂脖子上。
觉得很重很累赘，要是能够精简到 32L 或者更小的包就好了。看见有些美国人短裤 T

到他们在野外自己生火，做各种东西吃的时候，我也非常向往着体验下这个过程，于是
很早就开始计划着出来露营。昨天在Legion State Park露营了一晚上，感觉很爽，目
的纯粹以去林子里扎营过一夜，看看星星，搞下Wild fire cooking为主。我们州在南
部，森林覆盖面很广，没什么山，即使是Trail也大部分是在林子里，所以基本上没什
么太壮观的风景可看。小时候在国内跟父亲出去露营过一次，但这还是我来美国后的第
一次独自一人去露营。营地位于公园最里面的树林子里，比较隐蔽，营地入口不远处有
洗手间+Shower room，进入营地的小路全是土路，但只要不下雨，一般的小轿车也可以
开进去。来之前我以为车不能直接开进营地，所以在营地里所有用的东西都全部用一个
背包来装。由于是Primitive Campground，所以每个营地都允许生火，走的时候记得把
火完全扑灭，洒上水再盖点泥土就行。
装备如下：

recovered from two days ago, when I finished the last mile of a stroller run
barefoot. After 1.3 miles I felt that the skin on the side of my left foot
hurting and then I found out that a bit skin was rubbed off and there was a
little blood. That was the end of my barefoot jog today. Got home and rinsed
my foot with hydrogen peroxide, bandaged up, now good to go in my shoes.:) |

Wash the area with soap and water.
Do not pop or poke the blister with a sharp object. Opening the blister
makes it more likely to get infected and slows healing.

我在running 版转帖了题为Extreme Endurance Exercise and heart attack的文章。
全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。

发帖数: 293 | 36 跑了一个Schaumburg Turkey Trot Half Marathon, 成绩1：29：32。这是我老人家首
次半马跑进130，也实现了今年的训练目标。M40-44组第三名，按照变变的说法，我老
人家也有71.14%，蹭进regional class乐。呵呵，得瑟一下。
因为我老人家今年当了两次半马的兔子，组织方就免费给了俺这个火鸡跑半马的
registration。所以，兔姐，你这个真兔子跑得快能跑免费比赛，俺这个伪兔子多跑一
点，也能跑免费比赛，哼哼！
比赛过程本身没有什么特别的。我老人家的目标就是sub-130，所以俺就跟着130的兔子
跑了一路。只是最后半迈的时候提速了一下，来了一个冲刺，超过了兔子。我老人家本
来还设了Garmin的Virtual Partner，后来看这个兔子跑得还挺稳，就一直跟他跑了。
据称，这个兔子的半马PR是110，着实水平了得！
我们130的这一拨一开始有8，9个人，后来跟跑的一个个drop back，到十迈的时候就剩
4个了。然后俩哥们开始提速，跑了出去。其中一个哥们很神。他的左臂受伤了，还上

在跑版也算是老潜水员了，正儿八经的开始跑还是得益于大使的MAF，在版上也学
习了很多知识。在跑版混了好几年了，跑版的氛围还是不错的，有问题大家都会回答，
也有很多人包括我自己，跑了一段时间后基本上就定型了，也没有啥大追求PR，于是也
就没有啥大伤病问题，于是就沉寂了，偶尔上来灌水。如果大家都很追求PR，那么问题
就会多了，帖子也会多了，也就会更热闹。但是大多人只是为了健康跑，现在的跑版更
多是平民跑版，我觉得蛮好的。毕竟天才是很少的。像姚明那种天才跑完全马后冲个澡
，再喝杯咖啡，才看到我跌跌撞撞的过线了。
我就是随便跑跑，没有跟什么计划，没有刻意训练，没有Tempo啥的。其实还是应
该科学一点，弄个Tempo啥的，应该对速度很有帮助的。自己去年10月这个时候第一个
周日跑了一个全马，第二个周日又跑了一个全马，第三个周日又想跑个全马的，在20-
mile处撞墙倒下了。自己一个人跑全马，那时候还不知道吃盐片，没有GU，自己拿水壶
，想想蛮变态的，所以全马也没啥。但是Race的话还是要好好准备一下的，毕竟是第一

慢慢可以恢复，可一个月过去了，才好了六成的样子，单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很

sure, they are capable of, but not for average rally speed. Kinda hard to
quantify this, (reaction time + stroke time + movement time) / (ball travel
time), my assumption is reaction time and stroke time is in unit of mSec,
where is movement time and ball travel time is in unit of Sec. Would be
interesting if you can create a model or do a thesis on this. :)

even if they have to compensate some guys, it's worth it.
PS now has 2X+ players all the time than FTP.
a good program:
1) is consistent AND simple to understand;
2) rewards players at all levels accordingly and fairly.
i've played on FTP for 3 years and now i really plan to move on.
