新入监的在押人员，都要先被关在入监队一个月。在入监队，平日里要拼命地干活为监
狱挣钱，星期日背监规。在入监队，新来的在押人员如果账上有钱，要在那里买生活用
品，由代管犯人给配买，东西拿来了，一般五百元左右，没有明细，谁也不知道哪样商
品卖多少钱。
除了发一套劳改服，一双鞋，其它一切都是自己消费。劳改服也不一定合身，还不一定
是新的，监狱会把出监人员的劳改服强制收回（不交回就要扣钱）然后发给新来的在押
人员。被褥就完全没有。

因为看到有人抱怨带别人买菜，不禁想起了我刚到美国那三年没车的日子，写下来算作
纪念
当时因为要自己付学费，根本没想过买车。虽然城市里有一些公共交通，但是很不方便
，去一个地方要导好几次车。周围有些中国的师兄，有时候会带着去买菜，不过他们一
般都不住在学校旁边，每次要带我去都得绕路来接我，我很过意不去。所以人家也不是
regularly地带我买，只是几个月一次吧。而我自己又是一个怕给人麻烦的主，从来都
没有张口求别人带我买菜，每次都是师兄们打电话问说HOS打不打算去买菜－现在想起
来自己那时候的性格太好强，用我家LD的话就是“你这个人求别人办事，还等别人开口
！”。Anyway，既然不求人，只好求己，索性自己单身一个人，也没啥，拿张公交地图
就出去了。我们城市里有几个中国店，分布在城市的各个角落，我都坐公交车去过。公

的娃都吓哭了。
警察来了给了对方ticket，但是没有copy件所以不知道是因为对方驾驶的ticket还是对
方无保险的ticket。警察给了交换信息的纸，但是上面没有对方保险公司和号码，让打
电话给自己的保险公司。
自己的保险公司说全险，但是要支付500刀deductible，同时说会向对方联系，但是不
保证能要回钱。
有行车记录仪记录，可以听到BANG的撞击，但是因为监视的是前面，所以没有后车的图
像。
朋友建议如果对方赖账，就走small court，从来没有走过这个流程，不知道可行性怎
么样？第一次发生这种状况，有点没有方向，大家给点建议吧。 |

fail to yield right of way",两周后出庭。准备上庭fight。
个人驾驶记录良好，有驾照13年来无任何ticket，连speeding ticket都没有过。

，自制炸弹，放火，等等。
关键在于加强学校的保安。我家娃上Pre-K的学校在上课时是lock down的，无关人员是
无法从外面进入大门的。
另外我觉得可以从小加强孩子的自我防范意识。可以在和孩子玩游戏时灌输这个，比如
用玩具枪玩打仗游戏时，教育孩子如果万一有坏人用枪行凶，怎么躲起来，尤其是听到
bang bang的声音时怎么自我保护。
这次事件，据说有个小男孩子就是在听到gun fire后，带了几个同学藏了起来，幸免于
难的。很赞。 |

其他都是五六岁的孩子。上次家长会老师提出我儿子有self stimulating的问题，比如
在circle time时候，注意力不集中，喜欢clapping/banging- make sound；有一些
repetitive behavior，比如喜欢玩门，开关水龙头，还有玩灯的开关; 还有就是gross
/fine motor skills差，比如不太会写字，自己名字都写不好, 什么单腿跳跳不了几步
，或单腿站不了多久，扔球给他他接不住等。老师得出结论：可能由于以上原因，我儿
子现在在academic方面比同龄孩子要差一些。
怎么说呢，我儿子是顽皮，男孩子嘛，就是精力旺盛，但是还是挺听话的，至少在家里
还是挺乖的，什么事情我只要和他讲道理，他一般不会耍赖闹人。老师说circle time
注意力不集中，我觉得一是这么大孩子attention span不可能太长，二是可能是老师讲
得东西他不太明白，所以不专心，老师都讲些这个半球那个半球，这个科学家那个音乐

Buniatishvili也很夸张。只不过郎朗在不关注古典音乐的人群中知名度比较高，所以

一片天地都不容易。专业圈子里现在对亚洲演奏家的接受程度还可以了，但是在西方普

在那个 logistician 的天外飞仙故事里，由我前面所述，如果我们把外国游客说话以

Tumblr上的porn star成堆，是目前世界上最大的多媒体色情聊天室，近一亿用户24小
时在线，黏性超强。相比之下，单调的twitter毫无竞争力。
FB虽然有干爹撑腰顺利的进入了SP500，但是股价却出现的大幅下滑。原因就是类似微
信摇一摇的APP
