very competitively to earn their share.
As are are confident with closing this loan with this bank, we put a lot of

America做。说他们以前很好，这两年变得非常糟糕，特别慢，而且今年可能贷款这一
块会有大变化。还说，loan officer其实只是sales person,只管忽悠，真正开始贷款
了，就变得非常慢。

， 比如你的账户时不时有现金进账， 银行怀疑这个gift其实是你先转给donor, donor
再以gift形式给你。
在实际操作中，我们还没有遇到过这种情况。我建议你问一下为什么要donor提供bank
statement，并且强调即使donor 是父母，姐妹，他们也不愿意提供bank statement。

IRS补齐了税，并不关心三个月前的附近的transaction，所以，最简单的方法是login
用来付IRS钱的online bank account，点进付给IRS的哪一笔details，然后把整个屏打
下来发给lender看就可以了，可以规避这个大额存款的问题。
