sale，其实也是bankrupt的情况。已经在市场上大约有1年时间了（中间Delisted了几
次），目前据说卖价刚通过approve了，但因为上一个pending的买家资金出问题没有办
法继续购买，所以又Listed了。
担心是：这种房子会不会在接手买入后，突然出现一个债主找买家要钱？？？据说虽然
有title insurance，但是insurance担保的金额也有限，那要是超出这个限额怎么办么
？？难道买家要是接手这种房子，就要接手这种预测不到的风险么？
其他不知道还有什么问题需要注意？

是不是这种情况很奇怪？
不管short sale还是bankrupt，其对于买家，是否都比普通出售的房子有更高风险（债
务方面的问题）呢？ |

received a copy from company. She was very upset.
I told her some company might acquire Rite Aid, she said not possible,
company lost too much money and too much debt. There was another customer
behind me, so she didn't have chance to talk more.
