大部分时候是没有pin，无法网上用。（不过前几天人品好，refund了一张有pin的

credit。） gift card丢了，要想店里面用，也可以用下面的方法自己做
大家都清楚，拿到卡后的第一件事情是复印一张存档。如果丢了可以用那个复印件来自
己做卡。
1. 去 Home Depot网站买一张 $25 的e-gift card，发到自己的email。
2. 去 http://www.morovia.com/free-online-barcode-generator/ 自己生成的barcod
e，高度为400 mils， X-dimension 为1pixel，format为 code 128. 生成。把图片的边
框都去掉。

a) 向所在领事馆索要“豁免申请表”。先写“豁免申请书”。我是照实写的，这个
似乎不重要。有个朋友写想要工作转H1，有的写要读PhD， 各种理由都有，根据自己情
况写，一般100－200字左右吧。
b) 寄出豁免申请书和money order（payable to 领事馆，不是大使馆）
c) 我等了2－3天，收到”豁免申请表”， 认真填表。
2． 国内部分：
a) 在等待”豁免申请表”时，到美国国务院网站http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/info/info_1296.html 填写并online生成DS3035表格packet (共9页，自动生成的checklist，Barcode page，DS3035表，supplemental information page, statement of reason, Third party barcode page)。
b) 在收到并填写完”豁免申请表”后，将表寄回国内盖章，连同Third party
barcode page和领事馆要求的护照全本复 |

几年前申请过一个case number，当时没办成，就撤销豁免申请。
号,然后把材料寄给纽约留学服务中心，和DoS。
几周后，DoS通知我要把我的case number 改成几年前用过那个9XX号码。
纽约留学服务中心要求我：重新登录DoS的豁免申请系统，选用以前的豁免标号，生成
一个新的application package
这个 package的豁免编号为9XX. 这个新的application package会生成一个
新的BARCODE,，留服中心要求交这个新的THIRD PARTY BARCODE PAGE (with case
number 9XX).但是我担心，交到美方DoS的BARCODE是先前那个，和这个不同。不知道
要不要紧？要不要重新向DoS提交申请？ 版上有朋友遇到过这种情况么？
求经验&意见！

中方纽约留学服务中心非要我用修改的case number,重新生成barcode page.不然不受
理。哭死！
没办法，只好按中方要求办理。
我给DoS waiver部门写信咨询，说明情况，给中方的barcode是新生成的，与寄给美方
的不同，但case number一致。DoS给的答复是:No need for a new waiver package.
The two case numbers were merged together as one.
也就是说：DOS不需要我重新寄，貌似他们按照case number 来管理处理每个case，而
不是barcode.所以只要case number能对上。 |

能先缓缓，那时DS2019表还可以延期用三年。
到了2012年原来的J1整整五年用完，申不了H1b，唯一可以考虑的是O1，所以当时在美
找工作各种艰辛。
那时也想其他办法办理J1豁免。当时咨询了几个律师，有些就说只能回国呆两年，或者
O1。
后来也了解到还可以通过IGA (Interested Government Agency) 出具advisory
opinion办理。
J1用完后找到工作办理O1，2013返美。然后就冲着IGA豁免。2014年请了律师帮忙办理
IGA，这个因为工作性质，
我的IGA--advisory opinion需要在新单位有第一作者主要贡献论文。因为科研项目各
种原因耽误，没有按照预期时间发表论文。
2015年秋，听朋友说大使馆出新政策，可以给我这类情况办理。
各方因素考虑，我的IGA-单位材料要审理9个月到一年，所以最后觉得根据新政策，再
试一次NOL豁免的路子。
2015年12月到2016年2月底，根据使馆政策，办理国内相关手续

发帖数: 612 | 42 你的这个情况我觉得你的的barcode scanner不知道能有多快，假设8个barcode不同location并行SCAN，400ms能完成一个scan.就data parse本身来说如果scanner支持ethernet甚至serial接口处理8个数据任何PLc都不是什么问题，100毫秒的程序已经算是很大型的了，AB和siemens都没有问题。但是你要log很多数据就取决于你用什么SCADA和IO SERVER了，比如说wonderware我们常用的poll很多数据支持500ms-1s没问题.怎么存到SQL我没用过。barcode scanner我用过SICK的，还不错。这只是我根据你说的推测的情况，具体你们的应用也许要比这个复杂的多，我说的不一定对就是了。其实这个已经涉及到项目的设计了，不是简单说说那么容易的就是了。【 在 cavallino (trident) 的大作中提到: 】: 插个花~纯讨论一下哈: 最近有个项目，做一个测试电池的automa |

很有可能神油有两种不同的包装,否则蓝色的应该不是真的因为官网上的包装就是黑色
barcode的.所以还是直接神游官网和wholefood买比较放心
对了,这个我感觉会比较适合干皮,你那么湿~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~肯定用不着 |

年重新启动的，我也是昨天才知道，很兴奋，上来和姐妹们分享。
就是1美金相当于1点，举个例子，瘦脸霜75刀，就可以积累75点，注册有50点，然后从
150点开始就可以换她家的东西。150一档，依次是：250，500， 800。值得一提的是
500档就可以换一个免费的多元日霜或者精华或者身体油，全新的正装。800档就可以换
一个免费的super restorative系列的日霜或者精华，价值上百了。

I suspect that the barcode on the manual may match the barcode on the
printer box and printer body.
So the user manual maybe unique. |

请问做rebate的时候，三样东西的barcode都需要附上吗？
还是只用附上相机和打印机的barcode，不需要附相纸的barcode?

1. 打印机盒子侧面有个upc 另外打开后还有两个蓝色和红色的2nd和3rd proof of
purchase。请问是必须剪掉箱子侧面的那个 还是可以剪掉红色或蓝色的就可以？
2.相机盒看了半天 只有主包装盒侧面有一个 如果减掉 盒子直接一个大洞 不太想破坏
包装盒 有没有变通办法比如copy一下邮过去不被接受是吗？

to form.
这个一定是要硬盘UPC才行吗？如果盒子上有个别的Barcode能用不？
总之，是不是这个两个rebate没法同时拿到？ |

一个unique的barcode。他自己再写了个什么软件，读、写barcode读取器。 |
