传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……

自去年底汤森路透高调宣布要出售旗下的知识产权与科技业务以
来，全球科学界都对这场原本正常到不能再正常的商业行为给予了高度关注，特别是中
国。
原因是它的几大拳头产品——科学引文索引（SCI）、影响因子（
IF），贯穿着每一个中国科研人员从毕业到晋升职称的职业发展道路。
尽管近年来不少学界的声音指出要打破对SCI、影响因子的盲目崇
拜，但是在出现更好的科研评价体系之前，SCI和影响因子 “牵一发动全身”。
不少人惊呼：“汤森路透为啥不干啦？ SCI被卖了，你我该怎么
办？”
然而就在本周一（2016年7月11日），靴子终于落地。
