除了rely on agent给房子估价，buyer自身在出价前能做点什么才能出个合理的价？如

但是如果聪明买家代理尽量会突出买家的强势，比如强调贷款没问题。
使offer 更具竞争力。
我们放弃过两个房子，后来卖掉的价格和我们的最高价相差不到一千。换句话说，
市场决定价格，买家代理没能力还价。 |

乱收费的检查。钳制病人bargin能力的就是ssn系统和流氓讨债公司。是个人都不想自

了医生医院。
不知道有没有同学成功过不给他们ssn，就说自己只有中国护照或驾照之类的？

但是只需要名字和地址就能对上信用记录，也可以从保险拿到名字地址对上信用记录。
也可以从信用卡公司对上信用记录。
所以办法只能是不给名字，地址，保险，信用卡。 现金付清，医院就没办法找你收帐
了。
当然，也可以用别人的保险，这样收帐的就找不到你头上了。

她告诉我们，其实不同的地方收费是完全不一样的，联想起这段时间医院如雪片般的帐
单我和ｌｇ立刻紧张起来～～～
帐单是这样的，第一栏是不同项目该医院的收费标准，第二栏是保险公司认定的该项目
的价格（不知道这个价格是怎么定的），第三栏是保险公司负担的部分，这部分要看保
险的种类，我们是１００%cover，所以，第二栏和第三栏是一样的数额。
关键就在于医院的收费和保险公司直接差额的这一部分，家庭医生是这么说的，一般大
医院收费比较高，规定比较严格，所以这部分差额没有什么bargin的余地，需要我们自
己负担，但是有的小医院这部分就可以不收～～～
天呐！翻帐单出来看看，这个差额数额很大啊，比如说我第一次去看ｏｂ的时候，医院
的标准是１１００左右，但保险公司只负担他们认定的５００块，所以即使１００%
cover，也只有５００，然后剩余的６００就是帐单上问我们要的数额，当时我们还以
为是医院搞错了，但现在看来貌似不是这样的，５５５５５５５，生完孩子我们岂不是
要破产了，有没有了解其中猫腻的jm啊，快来说说～～

moonlight slumber.
比较以后我个人意见推荐moonlight slumber starlight support mattress, standard
or supreme两种, 我买的是supreme.

是双面的, 一面是硬的, 给infant用的, 一面是软的, 给toddler用的.
有foam version/coil version 两种选择, 我买的是foam的.

BABY BARGIN 里面评价很高的high chair好象是 fisher price 和 boon. 我自己比较
喜欢bloom的样子和功能。 |

我们目前买了不少东西了，infant carseat，stroller，crib matress都买好了。因为
没有买travel system，还买了一个carseat到stroller的adaptor。老公对这些特别起
劲儿，从来不怎么读书的他买了一本baby bargin，里面有各个牌子的baby用的东西的
review。
买的最多的还是衣服，估计买多了，newborn的就买了好多，估计都会浪费了，可是我
前两天放假已经全洗了，也没法退了。朋友还送了一些，睡袋也是朋友送的。
前两天babies'r'us的sale买了playtex的drop in奶瓶和里面的lining。
尿布囤了1号和2号的各一箱。
剩下的打算买个crib（打算买davinci的kanali，目前在等deal），奶泵（老公保险
cover这个，好像说不需要prescription，所以可以给我买，打算买medela的freestyle
的），video baby monitor（还不知道买什么，打算等deal ）。大件基本上就这些了

baby bargin上说用walker其实很危险，统计了很多意外是用walker导致的，不建议买
walker。我宝宝也是用推车学走路的，10个月就会走路了。她现在15个月了，还很喜欢
玩推车。 |

就买了个回来，但是拿到手发现表面是91% poly/9% cotton blend的，
其他几层也多是poly的，怕会不透气阿
觉得这个东东的设计理念挺好的，
弄脏了不用换掉整个床单，
只换掉表面的这个water proof sheet就行了，
但是它的用料实在是让人纠结阿。。。

infant car set，Britax 家的。stroller准备等小宝出来后再看，买个其它牌子的。
因为Britax stroller is too expensive 。觉得没必要。结果计划不如变化快。上次
去target，看到Graco Alano Flip it Travel system on clearance,$100。有朋友也
用的这个，觉得不错，向我推荐过。就买下来了。结果把它装好后，非常满意。他的
infant car seat 也有side crash protection，这是我最concern的。推得也停轻便。
我愿觉得infant car set是不是得买到30磅的。我朋友说这个就停好(22lb)。因为把小
孩子放进去 plus car seat，倒时拎都拎不动。如果你还有一段时间，就在等等。
