anyway，我上一盘好吃又健康的山寨意面。。。祝大家节日快乐。。。
方法和料都是自己乱来的，经常根据具体情况改变，只求满足口味和营养，咔咔。。。
其实红酱意面做出来的样子大同小异，但是吃起来却完全不同。。。
我觉得最重要的就是熬这个酱了。。。否则跟用现买也无差别。。。
熬酱一定要耐心，像熬老北京的酱一样。。。我对肉味太敏感，所以更在意这个步骤。
。。
我这次懒，还是用了BERTOLLI的ORGANIC酱来熬。
酱：
a：半磅肉糜， 盐， 胡椒粉
b：蒜粒 （3，4瓣吧）， 1只洋葱碎，胡萝卜碎，蘑菇一盒切碎，番茄1只切小块
（还可以根据需要加青椒碎等，我这料比较多，因为想多些健康的蔬菜，
而且像洋葱也不好留半块就都放进去了。。。）
c：BERTOLLI ORGANIC （好像有机只有一种味道）
热锅里+橄榄油, 然后放b翻炒一会盛出
热锅里+橄榄油，放入a翻炒，会有水出来，要耐心炒一会，水尽量蒸发掉
将炒好的b放入锅内，和肉糜继续耐心翻炒。。。
最后放入c， 或许需要加一丁点儿水。。。沸腾后。。。中火慢炖一会。。。

超市自产品牌也行,要花点时间煮软,而且煮好后我会把面剪得很短.Cereal就是那种圈
圈Cheerio,或者小玉米球(12盎司一盒那种,牌子是Kix),cereal是干吃,她自己抓.奶一
般都是另外一杯.混着吃也行,daycare就是混着的.
我家小B奶喝得很好,至少有20-24盎司.主要临睡前会喝很多,夜里还有一顿夜奶. |

pasta就在target买的Barilla牌子的，吃着还行，但是没跟别的牌子比较过。买过蝴蝶
面，spaghetti。还买过annie's这个牌子小纸盒装的贝壳面，是organic的，里面自带
cheese，每次做的时候闻着就恶心，小孩超爱吃。
传统汤面的汤怎么做啊？求指教。只会做炒面、拌面。
