说到这里我就是行家了，毕竟是做过barista培训，工作需要必须了解制作各种咖啡的
流程。最惨的是时不时还会抽到你去下基层体验生活，就像jury duty一样。
简单的说 espresso machine是用强压把热水压进fine grounded coffee.

发帖数: 15201 | 12 好吧，转这个是因为，公司楼下有一家咖啡店，叫做西雅图最好的咖啡。
我一直很不解为何在我们这个农村小地开个咖啡店要取这个8杆子打不着的名字，现在
看来是很有针对性地。
可惜，那里的咖啡还真不好喝，我中午的午餐通常是几块chickfillA的炸鸡块加一个中
杯咖啡，比麦当劳咖啡贵5毛，味道差了不止5毛。要是这就是西雅图最好的咖啡，那我
还是换个城市喝好了。
不过，咖啡店里面的咖啡西施倒是值得时不时去买一杯。她总是慵懒的将头发散扎在脑
后，穿着宽松的工作服，趿拉着便鞋不紧不慢的从左到右拿来咖啡杯，在咖啡机打满咖
啡再从右到左走过来递给我，然后抬起碧色的眼睛，微笑着说，一块6毛2，请付钱。微
笑的样子很好看。
