However, for 2nd-hand stuff, the sale is usually final. The seller never
forced him to buy. Your hubbie bought it out of his own free will.
If you think there is a problem, it is your hubbie's.
In this case, you barked a wrong tree, and you behaved very bitchy.

。我不可能保证狗一声不叫，只要狗一叫，哪怕一声，都有可能吵醒她。然后她就去投
诉，我态度很好的，一开始看到她还跟她说sorry,结果发现，不可能达到我邻居一声不
叫的要求的，我觉得她有神经衰弱。office的人来找我，我也跟他们说，既然这是允许
养狗的村子，狗叫是很正常的，我家的狗只是nomal barking，我做不到一声不叫，
office的人也没说什么，但是这个女人基本上一个星期就投诉一次，只要她一投诉，
office就来找我，我不知道该怎么做了。 |

barking，那另当别论。不过听起来楼主的狗不是这个情况。
这个邻居非要白天睡觉，还不让周围有一点声音，她真的应该去住周围没人的house。
反正呢，碰到这种邻居就比较无解。lz想办法训练狗尽量少叫吧。 |

当地法律规定的白天最高噪音分贝，只要狗叫低于那个值，就告诉office不用管，有本
事告去
另外，可以给阿才买一个electronic shock collar，狗叫一下就老实了，不过放几个
小时就拿下来，不能老用 |

的狗也是当外面有人走到我家门口的时候会叫几声。倒没别人complain，不过我自己也
不爱他叫。所以曾想过有没有办法让他彻底不叫。问过好多人，都说我这个情况是正常
的。所以我也就没再追究下去。
楼主遇到邻居这个情况，只好尽量多想办法让狗少叫/不叫。其实非常神经衰弱对环境
过于敏感的人，和excissive barking的都属于极端群体。互相体谅吧。 |

狗就叫不起来了，那可不可以让狗戴个口罩就解决问题了呢？不是
很人道是不是。那让人在自己家里还要戴耳机睡觉就很应该了？
你老是觉得公寓让你养狗就是一种权利要尽情去用。大家都这么干，
搞得矛盾多了会怎么样呢？最简单就是公寓以后不让养狗了。你猜
为什么那么多公寓能养猫不能养狗，是不是公寓不想收那份宠物的钱？
反正趁你现在还有这个“权利”赶紧用吧。 |

开始觉得是狗的天性，但随着年龄增长有愈演愈烈的趋势。我住在公寓里经常会有人进进出出，不但扰邻连自己都有点神经衰弱了。
预约了一个bark busters trainer给做了评估，说狗狗有Separation anxiety并且对我过分保护（狗狗觉得我控制不了有陌生人进出的场面）。给出的建议是：1.切断跟狗狗的过分亲密联系（晚上让他自己睡狗笼等）；2.参加后续的training program.
不知道版油们有什么好的建议，这样的training program大致花费能有多少（纽约地区）。

要叫。。。我该管管吗？

养殖兰花，一般家居成功的在于几个要点，
1，蓝花根部不需要保留太多水分,所需要的水分靠空间和bark附着的湿度水分，
2，盘一定要镂空，不光是底下，旁边起码有2-3道2寸的镂空位置，
3，空间湿度要高75-80%日间，65%夜间，
4，温差要要控制在日间28-35摄氏度，夜间23-25才能发蕾，
5，光照避开日照,除了和谐的光线，不能阳光直射。
护理兰花可根据环境的湿度；
1，淋水时要充分，调至略比手温低大水淋在盘中的bark(两分钟）同时用棉纸擦去 叶
面的尘土，注意不能留水珠在叶上，
2，淋水周期，2周一次或更长，不要常用手去摸植物，不要常换地方，
3，施肥，不建议，
4，换盘只发生一年一次，把旧的bark参一半新的bark,同时把旧的根减去，健康的根是
末梢带枣红渐绿延白发胀，
5，bark的大小，一半像带壳花生，一般如蚕豆大小
