Monday after the death of an undergraduate this week, the sixth death of a
member of the university community in as many months.
“The community here at MIT is in pain,” chancellor Cynthia Barnhart said
by phone Friday. “We’re asking everyone at MIT to do something we [often]

跟全国各地一样，湾区高价房在五月份的成交量也显著增加。这对买卖双方都是好
消息。卖方的房子终于有人买了，买方也终于看到房价更趋于“合理”了。
比如，Cupertino五月份共卖出36栋，比前几个月一个季度还多。除了有两栋有些
Overbid外，其余成交价都比出价低，平均低10%左右。其中有几个降得很Impressive：
一个出价1175K， 以848K成交。
一个出价1278K， 以1062K成交。
一个出价1300K， 以970K成交。
一个出价1848K， 以1450K成交。
曾经看过一个要价1190K的五年新的、2200 Sqaure Feet的推倒重建的房子，比市面上
同地区的要价1300K到1400K的房子各方面都好很多，感觉一定会有很多人抢着去
Overbid，结果也只是以 1170K成交。既然这个房才卖1170K，附近那些要价1400K，又
老又小的60年老房应该没办法卖了。

显示，该校大学部的六分之一女生曾遭性攻击，但是通报性犯罪的比率不到5%。
有539人表示，她们曾经历某种自己不想参与的性行为，包括口头辱骂到强暴。其中44%
是在不省人事时发生，也就是酒醉、睡著、吸毒亢奋等情况下失去知觉。
除了性攻击的比率高以外，对此事保持缄默也令人不安。在曾经历不想参与之性行为的
女生中，只有5%曾透过学校的正式管道通报自己的经历。
麻省理工指出，该校已澄清政策和程序，雇用新人手和建议修改处分过程，以去除举报
这类事件的障碍，因为举报案件过少，很难追踪一再犯案的人。
虽然回答问卷者并未向当局求助，但是几乎所有开口告诉别人的女生，都是向朋友倾诉
。麻省理工正在发展同侪彼此支援和教育计画，包括传授「旁观者介入」(bystander
intervention)的方法。

for intra- and inter-observer variability since there are CCC_inter, CCC_
intra and CCC_total.
If you have the Macro, I don't see why not use it. Anyway, you may also try
proc mixed, but need to output the variance components and calculate either
ICC or CCC.
