Valley View是一个人 $24, Barona是一个人$21, 办了membership可以打 20%的
discount.所以，就是一个人$17.
上次我们在valley view排队， 前面一对couple说他们常去Barona,哪里队短， 吃的除
了没有龙虾，别的都有。听的我们很动心， 这个周么我们就去了。 感觉是，东西很少
， 做的也很粗。 Valley View你会觉得是chef做的， Barona的感觉就是配菜的人做的
。 基本上就是你转几圈， 都不知道该拿啥。。。。
不过有那个蒙古炒面， 我都没有勇气尝试， 质量实在太差。
环境也不好，就像Vegas里circus circus那种老的该被淘汰的Casino的buffet. |

我还以为是我背运，去的几个人输得不比我少，不到一个小时大家都输光了，
试了10几台老虎机，没一个好的，发誓以后再也不去了。 |

发帖数: 528 | 4 If you like Casinos you can go to Barona. The Cantonese food at Sage (cafe
at Barona) is actually quite good. Better quality than Convoy/Clairemont
Mesa but not as much selection/variety.
Coronado is almost a must. Rent a bike and bike around the island. Hang
out at the beach, etc.
If you like nightlife - Gaslamp District / Horton Plaza at night is very
happening.
San Diego has a bunch of great restaurants, and lots of bad ones. You have
to say what type of cuisine you like for suggestions. |

Single
It's Oceans Eleven. Barona does have nice Blackjack rules. Unfortunately 8
months ago they removed their true single deck games because it lost them
too much money.
Barona was where I "grew up" playing poker and I have fond memories of the
place when it was a tent. I was also one of the first people in their
history to be banned from blackjack. In my younger days i was more reckless
and less careful... :o |

Diego casinos.
By the way, even though it's not free (unless comped) like Valley View's
buffet; Barona's cantonese food is very very good. Lobster, pepper beef,
etc, from "Sage Cafe". They will even roll it up to your table so you can
eat and play at the same time. Try it if you go. It's awesome! Much
better than Jasmine and others. |

肉的质量没那么好，和在韩国店正经吃烤肉还是有差别地。
不过对于肉食动物可能还是有吸引力地。
因为实在相对正经吃烤肉，这个便宜很多。
记得别穿太好，吃完了一身肉味。
反正ALL YOU CAN EAT的韩国烧肉也就这么一家。

have the most favorable rule in the country without promo, I guess. Single
deck, BJ pays 3:2, surrender. You can beat the game by flat betting.The
game is closely watched though.

That's not the exact story with Barona - I can tell you what the story/
background is in person heh. But for all intents and purposes, they watch
that game closely yeah and now it's gone forever (at least likely forever).
Oceans is a small card club but decent size player pool. 10/20 NL always
runs 2 tables Tuesday and Friday, and often the game goes into Wednesday/
Saturday primetime. There is usually a 5/10 as well (500-3000 buy-in).

发帖数: 93 | 38 还是自己能开车方便。LA就选景点附近住吧，比如west LA或Universal Studio之类的。
San Diego如果自己有车的话，旅馆选择比较多，mission valley, la jolla之类都是
好区。
建议用price line拍。再要不就去Barona之类的casino住？:) |
