想当年barricade I 出来的时候，根本没舍得买啊，等到II出来我还是没舍得买，ld后
来趁大减价买了一双，500 rmb
现在基本上每半年就把鞋磨得不行了，家里堆了一堆旧网球鞋了 |

modes to your foot like a glove after break in. If you are wide foot with
high arch, like to hit from your back foot, highly recommend it if you can
still find it.

看到lunar vapor 8似乎不错，够轻，而且比barricade 6 宽些，准备入手。有没有穿

knee.
I liked Adidas Barricade, but I feel it's a performance shoes and Not
friendly to knee. The reason, I guess, is that Barricade has unique design
that fits foot arch so well, which make the movement so quick but on the
other hand you lose the impact absorption from foot arch.

有barricade II, 还有一款更便宜的,都不错.
我的第一双网球鞋是adidas 低端品牌大概$55。用了几年竟然治好了我的慢性脚踝损伤
(走路下台阶扭伤引起)。后来更新，看了tennis magazine的推荐，买了当时深受好评
的 Asics Gel Resolution II, 没过两个月一次打球的过程中膝盖半月板损伤,很容易
就联想到跟鞋有关，马上换barricade II,感觉非常stable,膝盖在缓慢恢复中，但可能
需要一直带护膝了.
我感觉网球运动需要经常变换方向，加速减速，发球可能跳一下，还可能转体，这全都
需要腿部肌肉的爆发，以及膝盖的传承转换，设想踩在一个软垫子上完成这些动作，似
乎不稳定，需要额外使力保持平衡，还容易引起挫伤。相反好的设计的硬底鞋似乎能更
有效的把腿部力量聚焦返回，使移动更平滑流畅而起到保护膝盖的作用。 |

Nike Vapor 9 Tour好,好像主要是在脚跟附近的支撑非常不错，但是有时开车时会硌脚
踝外侧骨头，
打球时没事。My son prefer Addias Barricade than Nike Vapor 9. Both are not
bad for me.
Addidas Adizero Feather II： Avoid it。前部的空间比较大，鞋舒服，不太用break

1. 买的barricade 5，两个鞋底都是大脚趾下面的outsole磨穿。
2. 旧鞋直接塞进 USPS Priority Mail medium size Flat Rate box 寄回 adidas。
$12左右的邮费。对于离SC比较近的，可能regional rate box会更便宜一些，盒子也稍
微大一些。
3. 回邮的邮费涨价了，以前是$8，现在要$13.25。
4. 大概两个多星期后收到寄回来的新鞋。
算上往返的邮费，总共花费$25左右，得到一双新鞋，比直接买新鞋还是要便宜些的。 |

这边的确实够沉。井下吃饭的lunch room有很多柜子。食品和水是自己储备的，不是资
本家放的。矿工一般也就放一两天的量。不过资本家会放上first aid之类的。而且有
泥灰可以在必要的时候用来密封门缝，这样如果外面着火，大家就可以barricade在
lunch room里面不至于缺氧而死。当然，真正的矿工还是挺粗放的，所以lunch room挺
脏的。我想中国正经煤矿如果按规章，也应该有这些基本的东西吧。又没有几个钱的事
