中美贸易谈判前天结束。昨天双方发表了一个没有任何数字的“联合声明”，美国称其
为“框架声明”/framework. 这个声明，按照美国说法是建立在中国对美国承诺降低关
税和解除非关税壁垒，购买大量美国农业，能源和其它产品，以及采取有效措施保护美
国知识产权的前提下双方同意结束谈判。
基于美国对中国承诺的信任， 美国认为中国会遵守其诺言，因此在星期六签署了这个
“联合声明”。随即刘鹤于当天坐飞机飞回中国。而此时的美国，除了手里捏着那个一
页纸的干巴巴的“联合声明”，就只能手捂胸口，祈祷上帝，眼睁睁的盼望中国兑现诺
言降低关税和买2000亿美元的东西了。
然而，一天以后，怀揣着中国人刘留下的那一纸空文，美国视乎有点意识到被骗的感觉

墙建了多少？ 几十麦而已而且其中六十麦还是在奥巴马时期的墙上面修修补补。几乎
没有新墙。最早的南边的边境墙计划 在布什时期签了一个计划。奥巴马没有推翻反而

memory的code。这俩可以说是primitive中的primitive
正确的应该是mutex和atomic operations（fetch-and-xxx，compare-and-swap） |

uber/lyft。这种产品相对应的稳定态本应是perfect competition。但是你说的规模效
应又把equilibrium偏离perfect competition一些。所以我应为稳定态是monopoly和
perfect competition中间的oligopoly，有两个或以上的公司提供非常类似的服务和价
格，谁也不让谁。 |
