chinese economy will have a hard or soft landing, but how hard a landing".
i am not very connected with what's going on in china, but a thing like this
can't just happen overnight, or it's hard to believe that economists hadn't
noticed this until two days ago.

。基本上歇菜。
在水下被逼着听了cc，读了读新闻。在这里记录些笔记。
基本面上V暂时还是不错的。现在影响股价的是以下几个问题
1. 预期有调升，但revenue方面比较谨慎。《---- 应该被cashflow 中和
2. Durbin 法规方面还没有结果 《--- 这个比较重要，好像visa 比master 卡这方面
受到的影响大，其实影响有限，但投资人在出结果前不放心。昨天cc里谈到的只是说政
府方面相信他们的数字。。
以上两点在下面转帖的barron的文章中都有提到
3 是竞争力的问题，ebay的paypal明显在mobile上占了先机。同时mastercard也总是
outperform visa。虽然增长率不错， wallstreet 希望看到更好听的股市 （mobile
方面cc里问到好几遍）
我的感觉这次er很solid，但整个business model和将来的竞争力被质疑。增长点可能
只是国际增长率和经济复苏的希望方面的增长。

IBD的一些缺點：
1）他們選股是參照他們自己的那套哲學系統，就是選強勢股。雖然這個理念不錯，但
是我覺得如果標準多樣化會更好
2）我看過這個網站的主人的書，非常反感他的某一些政治觀點，覺得他的一些狂熱的
“愛國”甚至“好戰”的言論是對我智商的侮辱。我不願意再在他家的網站上花錢。
所以我想問問板上的朋友有沒有其他的類似服務可以推薦的。我看了有zacks premium
跟Barrons
我想問，
1） 跟IBD比起來，他們怎麼樣(有什麼不同），zacks好還是Barrons好

发帖数: 3060 | 40 从fairbanks去北极圈的路是unpaved,所以要用改装过的车开，一般的租车是不能
开的，都不是爆胎的问题，alaska的路其实相当好，除了去北极的路及 Denali
Highway,这两条有爆胎的可能，其他的一号，三号，都可以开到80迈以上。
你要去北极圈不一定非要开开车，从fairbanks坐飞机去Barron,来个一天的barron
trip也很不错，不过这个trip很贵，要600美元/人以上。 |

所以说barron park 和 briones 不是太好
可以考虑的是 fairmeadow, el carmelo palo verde
palo alto high 和 gunn high 有多少差别呢？
难怪我看barron park周围的房子还可以接受。。。=。= |

就被分去barron park了
回来跟我说，一进班级他妈差点没哭出来，是真哭哦，不过幸运的是，今年快开学那会
有抽签，一下子抽进去了，今年很多娃抽进去了
据说Gunn high更好？
Hoover是学习抓的很紧，三年级就一大的文件夹里面一堆作业了
palo verde 好像一直作业不是很多，到三年级
Nixon貌似也不是说一定要住在哪里吧，也是排队的
还有Addison？很多啦
都各有不一样的
你家娃才一岁。。。。。。。操心啊

Yes, very bad. According to my realtor, especially in south PA, like Palo
Verde, El Camelo, and Fairmeadow. Overflowed kids will be sent to Barron
Park. Barron Park is not good school with API 850, it is special education school. |

另外标题上这个房子所在的地方，学校很好的啊。
Wilkie这个恰巧是在Barron Park的。
但Wilkie的其它段要进Juana Briones，也听不错的。
最好仔细一点，不要误导别人。 |

有几种人有能力买palo alto却并不买pa学区的帐：1 中产阶级不想买了之后跟老中老
印子女拼的，这些人转而买sunnyvale和mtv，或者入门级的los altos, menlo park，
因为交通差不多，同样budget可以买到的房子却好很多。2 budget更高的人相对而言更
不在乎学区，这里面好多转而买在portola valley, menlo park, los altos。
前些时候有人说barron park在2016年很火就佐证了这个趋势，barron park的学区在pa
算最差的之一，但地相对大，更受现在买家青睐。
