不担心有害物质，想要finish时间长，想颜色饱满，用oil 或swedish.
water based finish 至少3边。一般Contractor 会quote 2 到3 边。有钱可以4到5边
，如果打算住10年以上。 |

general finishes生产一些water based stain,你可以看看，产品质量还不错。
water based stain 其实不好用，木头遇到water,会raise grain, 表面变得很粗糙。
你还要做一道pre-raise grain,然后sand down... 太麻烦。。。
除非你对oil vapor 特别敏感，water based stain其实意义不大, stain外面还是有一
个top coat,这个top coat 是floor质量的关键。 |

像你这种情况，应该用oil based，未来的牢度会好一些。不用考虑味道的问题。 |

package不高：base=135k，bonus=15%*(个人表现系数)，stock=150股。
据说版上很多fresh的起薪至少有140-150k，我的base是不是太低了？

。在G，15万base大概能拿2－3万奖金，4－5万股票，加起来也才21－22万啊。你是不

去面试的，面试完后，移民官告诉我很快会收到绿卡。然后我跟移民官说我还有EB2的
case在Pending。她说没问题，那个只要Withdraw就可以了。我给了移民官我的EB2
Case Number。过几天我收到Email Notification说我的Case从NSC Transfer了，当时
没反应过来，还以为我的Family-Based给转了，其实是我的EB2给转到了Local Office
。在后来没多久就收到了一个表要我签名Withdraw我的EB2申请，还没等我把Withdraw
表寄出去，绿卡就收到了。从申请到收到绿卡就３个月多一点。我申请Family-Based时
填的是我EB2的Alian Number。是不是因为这个就没有搞混移民官。
