than others, although sounded very cruel, he gave me another good deal.
If I accept to pay the basement he expected, then he can introduce one of
his friends in his bank to give me a better rate.
First year, I got the lowest, and second year, I got 2.75%.
have you guys seen this low ? ( 0% is exceptional).
I appreciate myself very much to follow his advice, because that high
