We are not using stroller anymore. So basiclly 5 people traveling in town. 2
of them need to use carseat for few years.
If we get a nice one, we will keep it till it breaks. If we get a so-so one,
we will trade-in for another one in 4-5 years. |

A town house around my home was sold around 1.6m in 2007 (new construction),
came to the market early this year with price 1.4m, then reduced to 1.3m.
Final close price: under 1m! So the buyer must offered about 30% off the
asking at the beginning.
A very similar town house just came to the market this month, sold at 1.7m
in 2007. The seller is still asking for 1.7m now! How could an offer 30% off
is not reasonable?

future income in SF would be at least 25% higher than what you earn now.
there's a rumor said if a couple's income is <160k annually in bay area,
then they are considered poor...not sure if that's true, but you can check a
website "cost of living calculator", basiclly says the same thing...you
know $40k can let a person live in STL pretty comfortab |

way, so he plans to lift his house. EPA said he had to apply a permit before
doing it. The application fee is $10,000 and they will not review the
application in 3 or 4 months,and there is a very big chance they will refuse
the application....
So basiclly he will paid $10,000 just for waiting 4 months to get a "NO"....

in summer. relatively dry all year around. There are two major
asian markets, 99B @ Gibson , and Ta Lin @ Louisana.
Economy is not very good, but ABQ was listed as the top 10 city of
economic growth. Most of the areas are safe, but do not try to walk around
at night in some district.

patient consultation, check voice mail, take new prescription over the phone
, and do transfers with other stores.
Our state law says the only thing intern can't do is you can't be over Techs
. You can't boss them around. lol...
So you can verify prescriptions if your pharmacist allow you to.
Most of the stores/hospitals will require their intern work 8-9 hours per
two weeks. You can work more if you can handle it.
