除了operation,liquidity, market & credit, 还应该至少加上model risk. 不过
Basel Accord只是覆盖了operational, credit & market. 新近的Basel 2.5有一些
measure试图cover部分的liquidity risk, 不过非常的limited.
Credit risk主要是defautlt risk和credit spread risk, 当然后者也可以归属为
market risk. 此外， settlement risk也是一种credit risk.
Counterparty risk 只是credit risk的一部分， 主要是涉及derivative contracts的

日本进口关税分通用关税和临时关税和two协约国关税三种，如果按季节没有临时调整
或者不属于two协约国，就执行统用关税税率。但日本，每一年度内经常频繁的调整相
关商品关税。
就奶粉而已，日本列在HS code 0401.10.110 目录下的通用关税是25%+每公斤63日元固
定费用，但2013年的临时关税为25%，没有固定费用。可是，对于two协约国，这25%的
关税收取后又退给进口商。这样一来，如果你是two的协约国，在2013年1月进口牛奶关
税其实是0.

最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本

网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下
，看看自己有没有别人这么productive。

比如原来已经存了15k的IRA， basis为0(全是税前的)，今年你收入高了，IRA不能抵税
了，也不能直接投Roth，于是你投5k到税后的，然后你转换5k成Roth--但是，你的5k转
换会被看作总共20k(basis为5k)里的5k(basis为1.25k)，你就要交3.75k对应的税。 |

Right.
When you convert it to Roth, it's not called a "contribution".
deductible
When you make a non-deductible contribution, that mount is added to your "
basis". You don't need to pay tax on your basis. However, if that account
grows, the additional money (earnings) is not part of your basis, so you
have to pay tax on it when withdrawing or converting, just like a deductible
contribution.
So when you fund it with non-deductible money, it will initially be

This practice, although not widely applicable to all 401k plans, has been
under discussion for several years among keen investors and IRS experts.
General consensus is, if 401k plan is properly set up with "sub accounts"
that track the basis for different sub accounts, and the plan allows in
service withdraw, then it is completely legit to roll it over to Roth IRA.
