发帖数: 313 | 6 大家对401k的期望收益是多少呢？应该是先max 401K 在按月付贷款，还是先换贷再max
401K呢？
我问过一个401K超过20年的朋友，他说除了去年跌得太狠之外，平均每年收益是6％。
看起来实在不怎么高，尤其比起10年前的房贷利息。我是这么想的，如果401K只有6％
的收益，而房贷的在过去20年里的平均利息高于8％。也就是说同样是不动产的长期投
资（都不容意把钱取出来），投401K不如先还房贷合算。而且房子的流动性还比401K少
好，至少可以再贷FHA, 把一部分钱拿出来。虽然401K是养老钱，但是如果房子早到手
了，将来卖了不是一样可以用来养老吗？
而且如果将来离开美国想把401K取出来，会有10％的罚款，但卖房完全看市价。
税可能是个问题。但房贷里只有利息免税，如果是25％的tax basket，平均房贷利率仍
高于6％。 401K虽然现在不交税，将来还是要交的。利滚利的息是按收入算税的。假设
等到退休才用，到时候的tax basket 是20％，那6％的收益就缩水成5.xx%了。

the nice run since June. It actually went down quite a lot. In a big picture
I do believe it will eventually catch up as oil price runs up.
But you are right, it is not worth guessing when NG will follow other
commodities' pace. Too many factors involved.

果有人提出疑问说一次怎么能买这么多家具，又是从外州，有损坏怎么办，agent如果花
时间亲自来deliver怎么还能赚钱等等。正好昨天我的家具都到了，现在给大家汇报一下
，顺便回答一下那位老兄的问题。不过我又怕别人说我是在做广告，那我只好隐去那家ag
ent的真名什么的。
实际上从上次贴过帖子以后的第二周，agent就给我来电话通知我说你的家具到了百分之
多少多少，基本上是每周一报吧，到上个星期，他说ok,你的家具里面除了一个special
order的$74的hanging basket没到以外，别的都到了，我一想，就这么一小件，不能把我
的$15,000的delivery给耽搁了吧，我就跟他说，你可以来deliver了，那个hanging
basket等到了你给我fed-ex过来就行了。他说好，我星期一8am到，请你把剩下没付的的
那部分钱开一张cashier's check等我们deliver的时候给我就行了。
星期一早上，我们起了个大早，因为没时间做饭就去买麦当劳，结果在麦当劳 |

1，4是给Pool A的
2，3，5是给Pool B的
1和2都是pump的pump strainer basket。清理时要先关pump，清理完要加水再开pump
3和4是回水管道。一根管子对应一个回水口（skimmer或main drain)。
5不知道，可能是控制heater的水流大小的。
ps.把basket说成gasket了,改过来了 |

一是对basket有一定的损害，二是没办法控制药量的大小。
最好的方法是用专门的chlorine feeder，很容易连。
也可以用floating chlorine feeder。直接放pool里。
你的管道安排和我的很不一样。所以具体哪个是回口进口不一定正确。你最好找个专业
人员来讲一次，明白后，自己弄并不麻烦。 |

应该是逆时针旋转那个透明的cap。最好用手，不要用什么工具，否则塑料的会crack。
你看到的是pump basket，里面的东西多了就清一下，跟skimmer basket一个道理。
如果是从管子接口的地方漏的话，你得把管子拧开，然后在thread上缠几层Teflon
tape，注意缠的方向跟拧开的方向要相反。我的出水管子上有一层coating，不知道是
什么名字，是在管子assemble之后涂上的，像一层硬壳。不过一般teflon tape就可以
很好的seal。
不过看样子你和你劳工都没有搞过游泳池。我建议你们第一次还是请人来看一下，不至
于犯一些低级错误。我去年filter上的一个接口拧得太紧，结果给搞裂了，花了100多
买了一个二手的换上了。 |

那你的skimmer basket平常怎么拿出来？regulator不会有basket粗的。有照片更容易
看一些
实在没有别的办法，又不想退，可以跳过regulator，直接把KK的软管接到skimmer
outlet口上(有一个adapter)。这种情况下水就都从KK的吸盘下吸，表面的水流动就不
多了。我水面低的时候偶尔会这么接，vacuum倒是没有什么问题，吸力会更大一点，但
水表面的叶子不会像原来一样流入skimmer |

first, get yourself a skimmer basket. it is just a few $.
second, check your pump, there is typically a leaf basket in the pump and
you need to empty it from time to time. if your pump does not have prime (
circulating water in the full capacity), likely you ahve air in the lines.
You need to stop your pump, open the cap, and pour a bucket of water to fill
the pump/lines, then start your pump again. wait for a min or so, your pump
should run smoothly.

有两点考虑，一是我个人对教育非常感兴趣，希望能够有所参与，而不是全盘托付给学

它当成你自己的bussiness。你开个钢厂会因为某某人说做塑料花好挣钱就从头来过？
同理，如果你相信某某大师，你就跟，输了别骂人，骂自己眼瞎吧。如果你不信，你就
当他是街上算命的瞎子，不理他就是了。其实投机不难，难的在于战胜自己。
1.我可以赔多少钱，我的承受能力在哪里。你的投资basket和你的仓位就清楚了。作为
散户，永远不要重仓！soros或者john paulson是会重仓，但是你看到他们对冲的仓位
了吗？
2.下面再决定是long term,mid-term or short term.long term midterm偏FA,short
term偏重TA。
3.如果是期货，选好种类股指，commodity or stock。最重要的是注意cover。如果是
外汇注意止损。这两个都要用leverage。前者仓位太重，后者波动大。散户要注意。
leverage 更高的投资工具建议不要参与，理论上讲散户基本上铁赔。如果是股票市场

Stocks in Asia were decidedly higher Monday as evidence that China policy
makers are shifting to a pro-growth mode again mounts in the wake of
continuing disappointing data. Over the weekend, the HSBC PMI survey was
released and indicated another step down in business confidence with the
