请教这样的情况买哪里的学区房比较好。看板上推荐的shorthills/millburn/summit，
感觉一个是房子旧，一个是两人都有不短的commute time。也有朋友推荐baskin ridge
，zillow了一下房子挺新的，但是对那里实在不熟悉，有没有人能说说优缺点。
如果有其他适合的学区房也请指教，谢谢了。 |

其实桥水也挺好的，中国人很多，每周中文学校规模都很大，不过近些年有急速孟买化
，经常半条街都是阿三邻居了。 |

因为工作原因，想把condo 临时转租。从11月租到3月，可根据需要协商租的时间长短
。
房子大概700-800 sqft，三面有窗，房间厨房朝南。一室一厅， 还带有一个小房间。
小房间朝北，有窗，但没有设门，装有门帘。适合做办公室，小孩房，或者客房。家具
齐全，可拎包入住。一个卫生间，但设两扇门，方便客人主卧通行。所以几乎像是两室
一厅。
1600 每月，水电暖全包。带洗衣机和烘干机。
小区安静。离stop&shop, kings market, shoprite, TJ Maxx 等店8分钟车程，离
Asian Market 15分钟车程。
离高速 287 和78 都非常近。离NEWARK 30 分钟路程。交通便利。

有谁想得到，人口850万的纽约市中，有至少31类的变性人(transgender)？
市府人权局估计，纽约市的变性人口约为2万5000人，而市人权局近日在网上公布的这
31类变性人，全部受反歧视法保护。市人权局并说，这31类变性人的种类并不齐全 (
not exhaustive)，言下之意，可能还有更多的变性人种类，纽约市府没有包括进去。
的确没错，脸书的新会员登记时的性别选择，多达50类。
市人权局并宣布对变性人的称呼，「they(台)」不再是英语普通话中的复数「他们」，
而是单数的变性人通称。例如，「台与我去看电影(They and I went to the movies)
」。如果纽约市的商家不尊敬变性人对他们性别的选择，市府将重罚，最高罚金25万美
