律上的信息，这些都用英文写出来。遗漏和错误的信息，欢迎指正。
需要做的准备工作：
1. 工具。根据选定的猎物，决定需要什么样的工具。常见的打猎工具基本上都是美国联邦和
北卡州法律控制的东西；购买时有一定的限制。怎么购买工具，多大口径，校正，调光瞄，归
零这些具体事情，如果有必要，以后单独开一个帖子讨论。
这里简单的说明一下，火器（firearm）购置由美国联邦Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives(简称ATF或者BATF或者BATFE)按照《美国律》(US Code)

我曾经用电缆电视的账单做为证据买过枪。结果年底的时候，DEALER发挂号信来说请我跟他联络，原来是一位BATF的黑人女性职员检查他的记录，说只有水电账单才合格！老头把表格上的单子给她看，那女人说：我不管，我就认水电账单！我靠，BATF的官员不认自家的规定。他一个白人老头，不愿意跟黑人女官员扯皮，所以只好麻烦我们重新交证据。
从此以后，我也跟其他人说：还是用水电账单吧。
记得以前有的枪店也是只看水电账单，你让他看那表格后面列的单子也没有用。人家是OLD SCHOOL，不跟你搞这些新名堂。
FFL DEALER可以跟你做生意，也可以不跟你做生意，这由他说了算。
表格后面的那个单子只是表面政府可以接受这些东西作为证据，这算是个全集。某些
FFL DEALER认的只是一个子集，很小的子集。 |

much American originated ammo made its way into Mexico. It emphasized the
penalties in Mexico for obtaining even one illegal bullet. So, the natural

rifle with a barrel less than 16” or a rifle with an over all length of
less than 26” unless it is registered to you in the NFA Registry. You can

至于你拥不拥有可用的火器都无所谓——这就好像我们现在自己山寨一个.45消音器，
哪怕根本没拥枪也犯法，是一个道理。
据说要是把消音器永久性固定在气枪管上好像可以，比如硬焊；
但我估计肯zoun肯定不想这么做:)
我印象里黄论坛上的人通常是去买一根已经整合了消音功能的管子去整个换上
他们而且规避像silencer、muffler之类的词，叫做shrouded barrel。
通常说到气枪的shrouded barrel，就不像火器枪管用这个词的时候是单纯加个套
气枪管整成这样都是为了消音的
好久没去看气枪方面的讨论，记得这么搞应该合法——以前还有人贴图如何DIY一个
shroud到现有的枪管上（永久性的），你得去那论坛里面慢慢找了。

没用，还有一个比较热心。他说让我马上给court pretrial service 打电话，找到给
zoun的case写报告的人。那个人是决定今天如何处理zoun的关键人物：立即释放，保释
还是其他，都由他说了算。律师让我打电话给他，跟他说说zoun的情况，但是不能谈这
个case.律师还说，法官会给我们指派一个律师。 他说先用那个律师，一般都是挺好的
律师，他自己也经常被法庭指派。如果我感觉不好，再去找他。我今天可以随时打电话
向他咨询。一会我再给大家推荐的那个本地律师打个电话，如果说法一致，我再联系
service的人。
大家说我需要给BATF打电话核实有关外国人能否买枪的事实么？怎么感觉打了几个电话
，他们都不知道这个事情。:-( |

很简单，就是被人坑了，问题是涉及到美国狗屁的国土安全，联邦安全，美国人就失去
理智了。所以一定得个有名的律师，人家给个面子就出来了。出来以后再换民事律师、
媒体狠狠搞之。如果不在乎出名的话，应该是有很多犄角旮旯的地方可以入手，但是只
能从一个地方，大概同一件事情不能反复地换话题，这个得非常牛的民事律师，估计亚
利桑那都难找到。
zoun嫂应该能看得到。这个时候不要太着急，不要仓促找律师，如果一开始律师找坏了
估计就彻底难办了。 |
