发帖数: 7 | 5 买房子的都想砍个好价钱。可是今年的房市一直是卖方市场，尤其夏季的房子几乎全是
full price 出手（当然都是不错的房子，呵呵），biding是常有的情况，弄得我们心里很不安，感觉讲不下来价似的。
好在夏季我们也没有买到，agent 九月初打电话安慰我们说房子会渐渐降价，新上市的
房子更不敢开高价了，我们心里稍微平稳。
于是这个八月份房价最火的时候没有卖掉的房子降价到我们的价位范围了：2 stories
colonia, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, formal living ,dining,family room, sunroom, 2 car garage, full basement
with vinyl floor, 0.5 的地。又是很popular的区，我们联系上agent马上去看房，房子不错，
但是现在的价格是我们的最上限。agent 走出房子后立刻分析该房的主要缺陷是seller自己
没做好curb appearence (包括更换living/dining room 绿色的地毯，厨房的painting 和cabinet too

该是，bathroom design -->installation of new plumbing --> installation of
floor, fixtures, and etc.
想问问有经验的人，这三步能找不同的人或者公司来做吗？看到有plumber号称做bathroo
m remodeling，可是他能给设计什么样子呢？至于最后一步说不定我们可以自己上手省点
钱。
如果找designer，设计一下画画图纸，大概应该要多少设计费呢？
另外就是这个过程大概需要多长时间？

handyman charges around 400. American contractors charge a little more than
that. This is basic installation. If you have special requirement, it will
cost more too. Bay Area price, might not apply to anywhere else.

basement写到总的spft里面，basement有个bedroom， bathroo， rec room。这个
subdivision是个新的，有个新学校，相对于其他区房价都很贵。 |
