面两天住进会议要求的Hilton，发现那边一天的parking比租车还贵，$27/day，想请问
一下从Convention Center到Hilton Bayfront一线附近有啥park车便宜的地方啊，否则
就打算少租几天车了，但又怕不方便，虽然主要是呆在会场里面，谢谢了 |

中午在101向南左转出Marsh转入Bayfront的时候突然听见右侧转弯车道有发动机轰鸣。
俺轻踩油门头也不回，就让越来越大的轰鸣声保持在我盲点的位置。怎么震耳欲聋扯破

较多，但桥上不算堵。能开到40，50吧。主要是local 和84连接的地方堵。上桥willow
rd, university ave, bayfront expy的其中一截堵。下桥转880，decoto堵。如果出
车祸就惨了，非常非常慢。 |

，房间也不错，所以推荐。
沙滩一定要去padre island，随便找一个入口进去，就可以开到沙滩上，最好带上吃的
喝的折叠椅子和大阳伞在那泡一天，太舒服了。
可惜还没在这个城市找到好吃的东西，所以同问海鲜火锅在哪里？吃货不怕远 |

西开，要过了shark valley 的， 然后基本在indian 保护区了， 这个你一直开车进去
，大概15mile吧， 我从来没计算过到底多长，但走走停停可能要3个小时， 很美丽的
，人也少, 我经常去的，感恩节回miami的时候才有去过一次，圣诞节也会再去。。然
后 8街上你会路过一家pitt BBQ，当然BBQ德州人不稀奇，但是可以尝尝他们的 shrimp
ceviche, yummy yummy.
去key west的路上，最后一个key, 你google 一个叫 no name pub的地方for lunch,
it is a very special place （ it was on food network) and their conch
fritter is the best I have ever had.
snorkeling什么的不一定全在key west 上玩，沿途的所以key 上都有这些项目的。。

到menlo park的bayfront跑的，好处是2迈多一圈，可以喝水，对于我们还在10迈以下
的挺合适
下周估计还去那里
幅间的'sweet point',就能维持低心率保持速度而不感到累.结果所有的easy run的
pace都跑成了MP甚至Tempo.
tempo/interval都很吃力;训练六周,除了VF5震伤脚面外没有其他受伤(虽然每次long
run后的半天走路都像螃蟹爬),也许还有running form的调整,速度显著提高(当然我原
来太慢),easy run都能轻松跑成tempo.So far感觉SC强度很reasonable(我还是选择的'
hard'强度),甚至不够最优,有改进的余地.当然我是初马,已经很满意,不存更多的奢望
了. |

I bidded this from priceline, 150$/day total. supposedly i thought the beach
location is worth it. but turns out that the weather is so cold and the
beach is only worth enjoying for 2 hours during the day
without the beach south Miami beach is totally not worth it: there are
some (actually a lot of )nice beautiful high rise apartments, but you can

顶棚的房间里，我还以为这是人家酒店的现代风格呢，就更衣洗澡打开电脑等等。突然
有工人开门进来，看到我很奇怪说这里不该住人。前台把我挪走了，我觉得不爽，到
tripadvisor写了个差评。经理直接大电话给我道歉，说下次住他们那免费，求我撤掉
差评，我就撤了。不过我后来从来没需要住在san diego，所以现在还有个voucher. |

第一天是上午带孩子看了半天那个USS LEXINGTON，还挺不错， 因为是退役的航母，
所以让里里外外， 尤其是下面的各层都看了， 真是大啊， 看起来象个小社会， 各种
功能都俱全的。
Padre Island也开了， 往南往北的都看了， 不过也是没看到啥海龟，看到很多人在
SURFING。然后在沙滩上呆了一个下午（就是小花衣服的）。
第２天上午逛了下BAYFRONT，下午去看了ROCKPORT，还有是一个大学里的一个海洋生物
展览， 小小的， 也挺有意思。儿子还摸了鲸鱼的头骨什么的。
等我们快走的时候（４／１８）， 才发现４／21-22那个周末是沙雕展， 可惜彻底错
过。 |

包括New Port Richey的34亩地，Miami-Dade的很多大宅，基本都是waterfront的景观
豪宅，真是滋润的生活。
青海经常性居住的是位于Venetian Isles的两栋bayfront超级豪宅，自从在自然海草保
护区非法建造人工岛事件之后，这些豪宅纷纷换手，包括清海本人大批的涉案弟子神秘
消失，警察和检察官完全无法联系到，唯一联系得到一次的就是迈阿密小中心的使者，
这是不是说她再进境会被海关扣留？
至于清海本人，邻居的印象是
''很不错的人，就是非常非常奇怪,''
''有很多怪事儿.''
De Lamour, 在邻居间自称是设计师，经常慷慨的送上名贵礼物， 如果邻居说有点冷，
清海就会提着很多袋Ralph Lauren毛衣奉上，如果觉得奇怪问为啥一次性的送这么多名
贵礼物，回答 'I have so such money I don't know what to do with it.' 。。。
