我就是想搞清楚比如在 bayland park 飞带 camera 的 RC,
到底有什么法规。我知道有不少人飞机上装 camera 玩的。
好像是如果商业用， for hire 的话是不允许的。 |

其实有很多适合飞机用的，也很轻。只不过这些都是在专业的店，不是一般
市场上的。一般市场也没有专业的 RC 器材。
有些还带无线 gaggle, 戴上以后当真飞机开。我在 bayland 看到有人这么
玩过，镜头和发射器估计10 - 20g, 很轻的。2.4G 的频率。
其实没有那么夸张。我看到好多人玩了，就是想搞清楚这个法规是什么。
BTW, 我发现美国的业余玩家发烧起来有特别夸张的，这个钱往往真的
不是问题。 |

smell into Milpitas and Warm Spring area of Fremont.
most of the smell actually comes not from Landfill, but from the marshland
and sea salt ponds in the bay. the landfill only smells if something is
broken in the facility.
the marshland and pond smells are worse than the landfill, but there can be
smelled anywhere around the bay, I have sensed these same smell in bayland

It is mainly from the sewage processing plant.
It is a bad odor. You can tell it from salt water smell from the
marshland and the pond. That is not the same thing.

，也有一些人认为事不关己，甚至因为垃圾费而发表支持扩建的言论。事实上这些人都
对湾区的垃圾掩埋场不了解，他们的担心也没有必要。
所有的垃圾掩埋场都有使用年限和填埋高度，当达到使用年限或者限高以后就会关闭，
建成公园，高尔夫球场，剧场，甚至是居民区。例如Mountain View的Shoreline Park,
Shoreline Amphitheatre, Sunnyvale的Baylands Park都是建在二三十年前关闭的垃
圾掩埋场之上的。
在50多年前，湾区沿海岸有二十多个垃圾掩埋场，经过一些环境保护者的努力，它们都
先后关闭，到现在仅剩下两个，位于北San Jose的Zanker Landfill和Newby Island
Landfill.前者的限高是48尺，而后者则是150尺，这次更要申请加高到恐怖的245尺，
相当于24层高楼的高度。

it's an out and back course, so we will have chance to meet on the trail and
cheer for each other.
The paved trail is relatively short, you can also run on dirt or to the
other side of bayland park to extend it.
I will probably just run back and forth on the paved part.

错过后我一路沿着grant冲到了尽头，U turn后沿着来路往回走，才找到sleeper ave，
到接头处已经7点15分了，想到反正这条路是out & back，你们反正都是要跑回来的，
再有就是就算一起出发我也跟不上大队的速度，也得拉在后面，所以就赶紧冲上了
trail。
跑啊跑啊跑啊，八点左右开始留意是否会看见eve，没有，接着跑，跑了大概4.6迈，发
现前面没路了，有个牌子写着“bayland trail end" 我立即觉得头大了，跑了半天难
道我没在steven creek trail上跑？？？无奈只好回头，这下子，突然觉得很泄气，
pace立即掉到了12分，然后向这下可是和大队接不上头了，想来想去，觉得，现在唯一
的机会就是在9点前赶回出发点，希望在那里可以看见大家，速度开始冲了上来，隐隐
约约中，看见重点处有绿色的衣服闪动，不只一个人，心里纳闷，难道大家现在跑步还
穿relay的衣服？？？当然不是啦，跑近一看原来是7，8个老墨环卫工人在剪草坪，灰
尘大作，最最最怕的就是剪草坪 |

were running on Steven Creek trail for most of the time, but should have
made a left turn to bayland trail after ~4.4 miles.
We met jimh after 10 minutes on the trail and then met eve and 2 others at 8
quite hot for the last 3 miles and we may want to start half a hour early
next time. |

雷声大，雨点小，又一次。觉得不能报喜不报忧，所以还是上来写个报告吧。
前阵子奥猫提醒大家检查一下自己的新年愿望。我去看了一眼，自己吓自己一跳：

买双短跑鞋，看看400m能不能跑到PR+10s”
脸红啊脸红，根本忘光光了。
上上个周六，华体会，以“短跑的摆臂，马拉松的步幅”（小龙弟弟的中肯形象的形容
），400m 跑了个 PR+11s。
上周六刚好有5K，就想试试24m。还在group里吆喝了一群人做pacer（shame啊shame）。
赛时：第1-2迈还正常，保持8分pace，感觉跟去年跑5K接近。进入第3迈，体力感觉明
显不支，而不是以前第3迈比第2迈轻松的感觉。撑啊撑，cole告诉我，前面红绿灯转过
去就到了，胃突然一下痉挛，我，我，我就彻底歇了.....
休息了一下，慢跑过去，最后27m31s。
总结：
1. 训练是王道。这个没什么好说的
2. 当天天气有点闷湿，不知道有没有影响，神仙 |
