撰文评论欧债危机，认为现行主要解决方法都无法奏效，必须靠外汇存底丰厚的中国大
陆解囊相救。
在这篇题为「只有中国能救欧洲」的评论中，札卡瑞亚认为，希腊经济规模只占欧盟的
2%，就已经很难救，而意大利名列世界七大经济体，债务比西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰和
希腊加起来更多，简直是「大到不能救」。发行欧元债券或给予欧盟执委会更大的征税
权力，都不可行，因为欧洲各国政府和人民都反对；况且要让欧盟更加整合至少还要十
年，缓不济急。
札卡瑞亚认为，现在欧洲只是需要一笔够庞大的钱，解决燃眉之急，就像2008年美国砸
大钱救次贷风暴。显然欧盟拿不出这笔钱。札卡利亚建议，应思考由拥有3兆美元外汇
存底的中国大陆出手。
他的构想是，由国际货币基金（IMF）出面，向几个外汇存底丰厚的国家借钱，主要是
大陆，但也包含日本、巴西、沙特阿拉伯等国，借款总额可以是7500亿美元。国际货币
基金将能用这笔款项，救助深陷债务泥淖的欧洲国家，但同时也要设下前提，唯有该国

美制.30 caliber步枪的标价价是$51，Bazooka的标价$36.25，1000发.30步枪子弹的价
格是$45.55,1000发机枪子弹的价格是$45.85。如果是以剩余物资的价格出售给友好国
家，那么售价只是标价的1/10，也就是$5.1就能买一支步枪。美国一开始卖给国军的价
格要比标价高一些，步枪$51, Bazooka$162, 1000发步枪子弹$85，1000发机枪子弹$95
。但49年初以后还是以标价1/10的剩余物资的价格买给了国军一些军火。所以就算以美
国卖给国军的正常价格来算，1.25亿美元也可以买2百多万条步枪，而且还是美制的，
比日制国造的强多了。 |

are all not useful against CCP troops. But they probably all sounded very
sexy to those who decided what equipment to ask from US. Had they just
limited themselves to 75mm guns, medium to light mortars, medium and light
machine guns, they would have had at least 3000 more front line troops.

37毫米反坦克炮真正坚固工事打不穿，不坚固的工事打个眼，有个屁的作用。这东西是
二战开始不久就基本用不上的烂货，也就是国民党高层那种打了八年仗却连武器发展到
什么地步都不知道的人，还有你这样不懂装懂的人才认为是好东西。
bazooka稍好些，但也就限于对地面上垒起来的沙包工事能有点作用。它那个口径也就
是一个手榴弹大小的弹头而已，还没办法区射。对付共产党那种深挖两米的战壕是基本
白费力气。你以为战后发展的火箭弹都是大口径或者超口径是因为步兵喜欢搬运更重的
装备吗？
火焰喷射器对付碉堡很有效。可是你什么时候见过土工建造碉堡了？

说我是怎样做的。
1. Go to download.com to download Bazooka Spywar Scanner. It's free for one
month.
2. Install and run it. It gives a list of those bugs hidden in my local
machine and it tells me how to manually fix them, but unfortunately it doesn't
fix them for me. It doesn't matter! I fixed them one by one by myself. It's
