我发觉这个版的中国人很多鼠目寸光，喜欢拿starting comp说事情。其实G家T6 T7给
的很多的，麦肯锡的Par比BCG的Par拿的多不少
以后能不能少讨论起薪，多讨论prestige？我的美国同学从来不计较起薪，可能这就是
常青藤教育培养目光长远的优势吧。 |

1. 这种PPD+胸片-的情况是不是很普遍的？看有国家卫生局说国内45%都是感染者，就
是指这样的吧？
2. 异烟肼杀TB有效期限有多长呢？如果这次杀了，下次一回国，又感染上了，莫不成
又得吃了？权衡发病几率和副作用，我很抵触吃药。
请有类似情况的家长给点经验和建议，谢谢！！ |

LP 在大约30年前(小时,忘了几岁)接种过卡介苗,会对TB TEST 有影响吗? 她需要吃这
种药吗? 吃到何时为止?

就痰培养,如果阴性,学医时对TB治疗的口诀就是:长期(要长期服药),大量(用药量)还有
综合(多种药物治疗),而且治疗TB的药对肝脏有很大损害 |

划免疫的一部分，所以基本上所有的老中TB skin test都是阳性。这样就会被学校要求
chest x-ray和吃ING（异烟肼），现在新的quantiferon测试，是抽取5mc血液进行检测
，前后时间一天，可以分辨出TB还是BCG（卡介苗，看你手臂上的疤）。 |

method has been linked to ~10% PPD positive rate. all other methods have
nothing to do with positive PPD. unfortunately Chinese patients are so
successful in brainwashing doctors in other countries. the truth is TB

pulmonary medicine and gastroenterology, you always see 10-20% of the

因为我哼哼唧唧不想阴超，ob最后被我的email烦到不行，说你约8周后直接来阴超，表
废话连篇乐--后面半句是我根据ob的意思揣摩滴。所以第一次见ob直接就阴超了，那次
尿也没验滴。然后直接11周后去唐筛第一次抽血的，都不知道验了些啥，抽了5管，当
天和第二天拿到一堆结果，我以为就是全部结果了。结果到nt报告的时候才看到bcg和

孕妇由于情况特殊，因此使用疫苗也应该更加谨慎小心，需要仔细权衡利弊。简单写个帖子跟大家探讨一下孕妇的疫苗问题。
CDC真正推荐孕妇使用的疫苗其实只有一个，就是流感疫苗。此外，CDC常规建议孕妇考虑的疫苗有两个，乙肝和Td（Tetanus和Diphtheria）。在此基础上，出国旅行的孕妇建议考虑加两个疫苗脑膜炎和狂犬病。

由于疫苗的种类我已经介绍过了，所以不再详细介绍。一般来说，除活疫苗之外，孕妇都可以安全使用。活疫苗由于至少在理论上有侵犯胎儿的可能，因此不建议在孕前一个月和孕期使用。美国的活疫苗包括：流感喷剂（注射剂是死病毒疫苗）、麻疹、风疹、腮腺炎（不是MMR，是单独的三种疫苗制剂）、BCG、牛痘病毒（Vaccinia）、黄热病（Yellow Fever）、水痘（Zoster）。这些疫苗使用的时候要小心。但是万一真的在孕前一个月或者孕期使用了这些疫苗也不用害怕，临床上并没有因为使用疫苗而引起的胎儿异常。
