第一个费用 工资的10% 是全部一次性给予，要交税
第二个费用up to 50000 也是全部给，因为我给的信息是没有孩子。。。只有一个老婆
，而且是从湾区搬到休斯顿，所以他们认为是从高消费到底消费，所以最后就一次性给
38900.87 真不知道怎么算的，所以给后来人点经验，尽量的多些几个孩子，如果政策
允许（摩门教）写几个老婆我看也可以。
第三个费用是，整个house hold 的move 费用保险是完全cover不算在上面两个费用里
面。 有多少搬多少，但是也要给他们一个估计，所以老子这次说是半个house 其实只
有2个bdr和一个车子。
第四是 lease cancellation，可以付 up to 两个月
第五是 在找房子的中介费还有中介都是他们免费提供的，只要提要求。
最搞笑的是，还有提供配偶的 再教育费用 第一年，up to 10000， 这个对于从国内搬
运的F2 估计是福利了，俺ld 工作比我还高大上就算了。。
反正总的来说就是说的越多越好。。给的费用就多。

峻。
现在正在同时下两个offer,房子A有两个bedroom在garage上方，B只有一间bderoom在
garage上面。
个人比较喜欢A,因为有3个bedroom朝东南方，B的3个bdr朝东北方。但是考虑到下面是
garage就拿不定主意了，孩子还小，房间太冷了不好吧。
请问大家，是不是在garage正上面的房间越少越好？尽量避免？
还有什么朝向到底最好呢？是卧室朝南还是family room那边朝南更好？
第一次买房，从没住过single family house,想问问大家的切身感受。在线等，马上要

by that time and 2-bdr apt is not allowed to live 4 adults and 2 children.
this is the biggest reason they cannot refuse. also tell them you have
arranged termination of your lease with landlord, and there would be trouble
. also, it's all believed that mortgage rate is going up. if you close one
month late, either you lock rate now for 60 days with more closing cost, or
you get a higher rate, which costs your money til |

If you can afford, 15 years might have lower APR.
Walk out level basement is a big plus for me. I won't consider a non walk
out basement at all.
It looks to me the two left to Lot A have more public area to the north
which they can use as 'private', that's probably one of the reasons they are
sold first.
Add options that can't be added later, such as base area, 3 car garages, sun
room...and definitely 4 bdr.

己买。
可以直接到csn stores网上定，1 bdr比较好的一套3，4000肯定够了。如果不在乎牌子
， 可以花3，400买bedroom set。再买个好mattress,frame, bed in a bag,
一个卧室1100肯定够了。客厅只要不买高档沙发，2000是绰绰有余的。 |
