问我在哪儿。我一头雾水：怎么他找我。phd老板坦言：白男博后写信到他那里，问我
怎么没有show up，怎么回事... 我马上给新老板写信，提醒他我没有准备玩消失。

其实一直不怎么喜欢奶瓶，喜欢胸喂。
在网上买了一个宝宝用的水杯。
先给娃奶瓶，一口不喝。然后倒在水杯里面，上水杯，天啊，咕咕的喝。
就是浪费非常非常多。210ML的奶，能喝进入一般就不错了，但是比一点不喝强多了。
问一下用水杯喝奶好不好啊？
在书上看过建议用BEAKER，但是怎么没听妈妈们提过。
怎么解决浪费的问题呢？ |

ready的，能立竿见影的，所以举了两个主要的例子：一个是shovel-ready的建筑工作
，一个就是beaker-ready的NIH,bio.还找了个UCSD的postdoc哭哭啼啼说bio的钱都没了
，postdoc的工作不好找了。
我听的是七窍生烟，NIH画了那么大一张饼，竟然在美帝那里是和建筑工人一样的地位
，就因为bio方面的工作都是低薪，体力活啊！
好不容易生物不行了，大家都转行了，小奥却又扔出一张饼来！继续坑bio的人吗？
小奥这是在联手NIH下一盘大棋啊，傻子都知道生物方面大量的工作机会是给外国人的
，这么创造一大堆低薪工作机会更本不是在刺激美国经济，而是在继续浪费中国的人材

总结一下，欢迎大家补充以后置底。以便以后对新成员有所帮助。
先说说我试过的和没试过的但是有所研究的途径:
1. 黑白
1.a 黑白负片
这个一般都是自己冲洗，而且自己冲洗相对来说比较简单，成本节省非常明显。具
体的
步骤可以google和看书，这方面的资料一抓一大把。这里简要地说一下步骤和需要
的工
具。最基本的工具就两个:冲洗罐(developing tank)和暗袋(changing bag)。其他
还需
要一些辅助工具，量筒(beaker)，晾胶片的架子(clip)，刷水的海绵大夹子(spong）
等。冲洗的药水有两个是必需的: 显影剂(developer)和定影剂(fixer)。这两个东
西五
花八门的配方恐怕有上千种，常用的主要就是Kodak，Agfa,Ilford的 |

。找了个放一升local honey 的玻璃瓶用做我的茶杯 就和国内大的桔子罐头瓶一样，
健康，安全，容量又大。我喜欢。 可洋人没见过世面。。。

SDS 应该足够强了.我用的是0.1% of Na-deoxycholate and 0.2% of sarkosyl （以前
用过0.5% of sarkosyl）。我有时候看lysate是否clear了，来决定sonication的次数。
Sonicate sample (in a 15 ml falcon tube) using Branson 450 sonicator (Power
Set 2 or 4, duty cycle 100%, 4-6 times, 30 sec each with 1 min interval).
During the sonication, keep falcon tube in a 50 ml beaker filled with ice. |

let it stay for one night,
tomorrow I just transfer the upper part of the solution to another beaker,
drop ethanol slowly again.....
evaporate at last.

断的原因是我今天去买了一个4 ft的钢管套上，我确定断的那下扭力在500 ft lb以上
，1/2的确实受不了这个力。
