Investment Group. It offers a by-the- numbers look at corrections, which
MarketBeaters of course know is typically defined as a 10% decline from a
market peak, which stops short of becoming a full-blown bear market. (The
threshold for a bear market is a 20% drop.) Here are some of the key digits,

发帖数: 21830 | 2 如果你的bearing坏了的话，wheel hub一般也都坏了，所以换bearing大多要换hub.
只要你的车不是很大（SUV这种）拆axle都比较简单，但你要把bearing弄出来，或者把
新的bearing压进去，没液压工具基本不可能，这个工具autozone有借，但size并不一
定符合你的accord.
所以，你要是连cv boot都没玩过，建议送车行吧 |

我的bearing和Hub是一体的，如果你不是的话，要麻烦很多，因为你要把bearing从hub
里面分离出来。
其实很简单，把刹车卡钳和刹车盘下掉， bearing and hub assmby是有四个螺丝固定
的。 拆下来即可。不过可能锈住，用锤子敲两下就好。
注意上紧的时候，一定要用torque wrench保证那四颗螺丝的扭矩一样，否则bearing
就会坏。
对了，我的part是在napa买的，两个180. |

trend 没有结束,跌了一下,继续向上就是correction.
只有回顾过去的时候才能判断:trend结束了没有.
现在是correction 还是bear market要等日后才知道.

hatred, sarcasm towards bears all over the board. If you are those people,
you know it. If you think that it is because of too many bears that the
market is so crazily strong, why don't you self just do long and make "easy"
money?
I guess the real logic is that these people don't really make money and
indeed hope market to crash, but it didn't. Then, they blame too many bears
and hate bears. But what are you yourself?

发帖数: 2868 | 15 sleeping bear dunes需要1天到2天的样子，有很多的trails可以走，不过那地方的
trails有点跟沙漠差不多，没有树，而且上下坡。 体力一定要好，不然走不完的。 而
且去sleeping bear dunes的话别忘了去旁边的leland, 从那里坐船能去一个叫做
manitou island的小岛，具体是south还是north我真的有点忘了。那个岛上有hiking
trails可以走，不过again, 体力要好。
如果去的话，顺便可以去旁边的traverse city转转，3个地方加起来一个3天的周末？
算上路上的时间稍微有些赶，不过也不是不可以完成。
具体花费就订旅馆，油钱什么的，别人也不知道你想订什么样的旅馆或者从哪里去
sleeping bear dunes，所以也不太好回答。反正那个sleeping bear dunes park 20美
元。

2月初开始计划，参考了几位网友（主要是PEA214）的游记，在此表示感谢。考虑到不
想玩的太匆忙，安排了6/30-7/7号，一共8天,即便如此，每天也是在外面至少8小时。

机票：从纽约州飞Jackson hole。2月份用里程订票时候有两种选择，经济舱 + 1 stop,
或者头等舱 + 2 stops, 都需要50000点UA里程，选了后者。后来也有只需要25000点的经
济舱的机票，看来订票也不是越早越好。不过做头等舱也不错，特别是LD没坐过。
租车：因为用里程买了机票，租车只好单独租，Thrifty off airport pick up (

got a bit of a scare this week when a 125-pound bear casually strolled up
and down the isles.

这两天，因为Eric Carle的系列儿童书，和Perry的儿童心理学的书跟了不少贴。再发
个贴把这两者联系起来说说。
我一进书店图书馆的儿童部，我就觉得这里的孩子好幸福，有这么多优质的书可以看。
大家不要小看象是Lazystone（鼓掌，献花）帖子中的说的这些书。虽然看起来很简单
，实际上非常用心的。
比如说Brow Bear是教孩子farm animal+颜色的，下一本polar bear是教孩子zoo
animal+动物叫声，第三本是教孩子稀有动物+动物动作+环保意识的， 第四本是教孩子
原生动物+动物动作+亲子关系的。
多少父母能这么系统的教孩子这4本书中蕴含的内容还不重样的？

那个mechanic跟我说，我的右边的坏了，他说最好把左边的也换了。
刚才我打了电话，另外一个mechanic说，不一定要换左边的。。

首先可以自己初步判断是不是wheel bearing坏了。具体做法：
找一没人的地方，把车加速到30mph，然后放空档滑行，那种噪音还在不在?
或者放空档以后转弯，看那种噪音是否在转弯过程中有变化；比如左转
变强，右转变弱等等。如果答案是yes，那很有可能是wheel bearing要换了。
找个修车铺做诊断，一般会查出来哪一个需要换，有的修车铺比较黑，
以无法判断是左边还是右边要求你两个都要换，有的干脆直接叫你换两边。
其实换一个就够了。我当时在网上订了一个，大该有50吧，然后找了一个
garage换又花了60多,一共120块吧.

了之后觉得可能是wheel bearing问题。可笑的是前两天找mechanic看他认为是另外一
个问题，修了之后我发现噪音继续，然后今天去找他我直接跟他说可能是wheel
bearing的问题，结果他查了之后跟我说基本上90%是wheel bearing的问题。不过现在
我的车问题可能还不是很严重，我自己把车支起来弄过，轮子有非常细微的一点活动。 |

问了一家dealer，换两个新bearings加人工加税一共将近580刀。只买bearing，一个
130刀。我怕等bearings拆下来，他说还要换hub，那估计就奔一千去了。
反正要花钱，所以想拿这个活儿练练手，完事后还能留下些工具。

主要症状是左前位置的噪音, 一开始很小, 我以为是ENGINE或者什么皮带的, 所以都不
知道什么时候开始有的, 也许两年前WARRANTY没过期的时候就有了, 但是根本不会想到
是真的问题, 就想可能SPORT PACKAGE就是噪音比较大, 如果你几年前买的新车, 那你
不可能记得新车开起来是什么样,
最近几个月开始越来越大, 周期性的, 还是没有觉悟, 这时候版上高手已经一针见血地
指出可能是WHEEL BEARING, 但是因为我换过BRAKE PAD, 以为是PAD/ROTOR的问题, 后
来自己检查了一下发现都没问题才想到可能是BEARING问题了,
后面就比较简单, 买了一个TIMKEN的HUB ASSEMBLY, 找了一个GARAGE换上了, 从头到尾
也就40分钟, 但是没有合适的工具还是比较困难, 主要是那几个螺丝不好拧, 我现在还
是怀疑他上的不够紧, 另外HUB一开始可能不太容易塞到HOUSING里面去, 他还打磨了一
下, 这要是自己搞肯定是没戏了,

的垂直方向那就要小心bearing，通常bearing在会晃动之前会发出噪音，是低沉的随速
度变化的摩擦声。如果你的bearing都导致轮胎晃动，必须立即修好，不要再冒险开车。 |

能察觉。我的老buick的bearing出问题从一开始就能听到，慢慢变大。bearing 的问题
是噪声的频率和车速度成正比，把速度加起来，松开油门，车速度慢慢下降，那个噪声
的频率也下降，直到车停下。 |

发帖数: 1593 | 49 去年的时候痴迷做蛋糕，这是做给一个朋友的baby shower，她怀的是个男孩，当时就
想做个卡通的。网上一个朋友给了一张图片，就做了这个Teddy bear cake. 因为厨房
武器不齐全，转盘之类的都没有，所以蛋糕不经看，很粗糙，不过还是挺喜欢整体的效
果。托盘也没有，就放切菜板上了。蛋糕做完已经快来不及就拿去party 了，照片是在
朋友家随便拍的，角度不是甚好。
做法：
烤蛋糕那一步就不说了。主要说说装饰：
我是用蜡纸将teddy bear 的形状剪出来，蛋糕frost 之后在冻箱了冻一下，将terry
bear 的蜡纸覆盖在蛋糕上,用牙签勾勒出形状，然后就是简单的挤花了。
Frosting
分三部分，一点点白色的. 一大部分浅巧克力色用来frost the cake，一小部分深巧克
力色用来做熊。 |
