The number includes EB3, Duplicate/Porting PERMs, etc. I did it till 2010,
becoz my PD is in 2010. these numbers are derived from DOLs PERM data for
respective yrs, it took some effort. |

supposed to be isolated for any particular reason. All nations should be
treated equally. USCIS put a country cap to GC becoz they dont wanna too
many GC's go to the same country. But the way so is distributed contridicts
that principle they set by themselves.

excluding the loan payment of $550 (we used 0 down, 10 year loan),
