The actually fee is the same or less (if you file for ur ld at the same time
) if you file your second AP and EAD becuase no extra charge for it. |

After 3 years waiting, my Perm was denied.
My campany is small. HR is very slow to work on my EB2 through PERM.
However, they will do it again.
Our company will start PERM again next few weeks (I'm not sure, becuase they
are very slow).
I just worry that my PERM will be denied again. So I want to do NIW by
myself.
But as the laws say that we can't file EB2-PERM and EB2-NIW at the samme
time.
What should I do?
I'm frustrated.

on a EAD(pending 485). But normally 485 get passed, it's just a matter of

Here is why:
If that USCIS has used up Visa numbers for Sep's cutoff date is true, then
it could imply that USCIS over estimated the spillover visa numbers.
Now the question is by how much? if it is a lot, then Noverber's cutoff date
could go back again becuase they have to use 2011's visa numbers to digest
old cases first.
I would guess, the best case it is by the end of 2010, the neutral case is
Jan-Feb 2011, the worst case is July 2011 to wait for 2011's spillov |
