人来查bed bug以后（查的这个人当天也什么都没找到，说我们家没有bed bug），但是
第二天，我们身上就起了好多包，每天都会有新的包出来，到今晚（7月24号）才发现
了bed bug，原来都是bed bug咬的。我们住了这么久从来没有被什么咬过，我强烈认为
是那个pest control的人的衣服上粘上了不知谁家的bed bug，他的衣服在沾到我们家
的床垫的时候，bed bug就趁机转到我们的床上去了。
怎么办，我现在怀孕，还有40多天就是预产期，身上被咬了20多个大红包，又红又肿又
痒，好怕呀，bed bug会不会身上带病毒啊，会不会对宝宝有危害呀？……
这么晚了我还在这里发帖，想起bed bug都不敢去睡了……
明天我想拿着bed bug的尸体去找lease office理论，都是他们无缘无故让pest
control的人来查，现在人家把bed bug带入我家了，我和我妈被咬的都是包。
不知道lease office会不会推卸责任，怪到我们自己头上。但是之前确实是没有的，人

是只吸完血的bug. 当时很崩溃，把房间的matress, sofa, bed sheet查了个遍也没发
现第二只（第一只是在我袖口上发现的），然后查了自己身上什么也没发现，换了房间
之后就作罢了。
上周回家之后 把所有衣服都洗了，然后也没发现自己身上有任何被bed bug叮咬的痕迹
。结果上周四的时候，突然看到手腕处有一排小红点，开始怀疑被bed bug咬了。之后
手腕出又陆续出现了几个小包，并且不断变大。身上其他地方都未出现有bed bug的咬
痕。
今天找了一家pest control公司来家里做inspection, 结果人家给我在屋顶上找到一只
黑色的虫子，说是bed bug。我google了bed bug，根本没见过那样子的bed bug，而且
我当初在NY抓到的那只也不是这个颜色的（黑色，貌似有斑纹，看不到四肢）。然后在
客厅的天花板上也找到了一只，说是bed bug。我看的时候只是一副虫的躯壳似的物体
。然后让我花400刀做一个全面的清理。

一些最头痛的问题，貌似raised bed都能解决，痛下决心，准备从奔周末起开始动手逐
步把菜园子都转化成raised bed了，土嘛，买个几个cubic yard的让附近的fertilizer
center送来也没多少钱，慢慢填吧。
现在最大的问题
1. 杂草，这个用raised bed，用新土，底下垫fabric应该能解决大部分
2.老鼠打洞破坏根系，这个貌似raised bed 也能解决，据说下边垫chicken wire，我
在想，就fabric是不是也足够了。
当然真要上chicken wire也没多少钱
3. 地里显然肥力不足，黄瓜产量低，辣椒产量低，韭菜竟然种死了等等等等，上
raised bed，混好土，应该有所改善
4. 太乱！现在地里基本上乱糟糟的视觉上很难看，raised bed整齐
5. 浇水太费时间，每次想着上自动滴灌啥的，但是总觉得园子里还没成型，还没想好
最终布局，就想暂时不上。
如果上了raised bed，整齐了，就可以在bed之间run灌溉系统了
问题最大的当然是造价了...当然想想挺有意思，就当hobby了，呵呵... 阅读全帖 |

是发现了尸体，又没有说发现了活的bed bug，如果有活的bed bug，数量有多少也有关
系。
还可以拿吸尘器好好把房间地毯吸一下，地毯中会藏bed bug以及bed bug的卵，理论上
木质家具里面也能藏，不过数量不多的话一般不会。
经常观察下墙上，尤其是天花板墙脚有没有小黑点，每天起床看看身上有木有痒的地方
，有没有小红点，尤其是四肢部分。发现了赶紧报告房东来除bed bug。
我建议等两个星期以上，如果没床睡着不舒服，可以先弄个床垫，拿防bed bug的
mattress套密封好，然后再睡在上面，像box，frame这种很难密封的东西先不搬进来了。 |

1) 我想做一个8 x 4 尺寸的 raised bed， 是做两个4 x 4 拼起来的好， 还是直接
一个8 x 4的好？ 听说茄科植物种过之后土不能种其他科属的菜， 是否分成两块拿一
块单独种辣椒茄子西红柿等茄科蔬菜比较好？
2）高度6 inch的可以吗？ 我看见home depot 的样本raised bed是两块板子叠起来，
大致12 inch 高， 这样土更厚会不会更好点？ 成本也就double了。。。 我并不打算
种萝卜之类深根的蔬菜， 只要地面上的产品。我打算raised bed直接做在水泥地面上。
3） 为啥都是4 feet 最短周长？ 我的空地做成 8 x 4 ft 宽也够， 但是稍显拘束，
如果收窄成 8 x 3 ft， 会好看一点， 走路也不容易磕碰到。 不知道收窄之后， 会
不会对植物生长有点影响?

现在很多crib都是3in1，4in1
可以变成toddler bed，day bed，和fullsize的床头
可是变成fullsize的床头还要花钱再买两根床架子
day bed还是用的crib mattress
所以觉得其实不是很实用
我家大宝现在睡一个twin的daybed，估计用到十几岁没问题，大小基本上没问题
所以crib mattress的大小的daybed基本上也就是个摆设
再说toddler bed
第一，也有些档头，防止翻身掉下来，第二床比较低
也是用crib mattress， 价格上就比crib要低好几档了。。
所以我突发奇想
能不能娃生下来直接上toddler bed
优点，1 便宜，2 infant不存在翻身的问题，到能爬能翻身了，基本上就能顺着怕下来
，反正床低，不存在crib爬出来的问题，3学走路还可以自己扶着床边走，again，低，
4 到3－4岁直接上twin 的daybed
缺点，大人换尿布不方便？（床比较低？）
不知道这个想法可靠不可靠

五月下旬搬进新买的house, 搬进来以后的半个月，用的旧床具，没有任何问题。
但20天之前，从剪刀店买了俩张新mattress, 加在原来的床具之上， 结果就在这两张
床垫上，开始闹bed bugs了。刚开始是二楼的新mattress上，bed bugs咬得家里的两位
老人腿上身上好些疙瘩，前后10天左右，大概每人被咬了有20个疙瘩。
二楼出事后没几天，一楼的新mattress上也出事了（两张床隔着很远，house的对角线
两端），妻子被咬了好些疙瘩，还好睡着旁边摇篮里的宝宝没事。因为我打呼噜，害怕
影响妻小休息，所以我最近都睡客厅的futon, 结果我啥事都没有。所以，貌似是新床
垫带来的问题。
刚开始时候，老人们觉得用樟脑丸就行了，但几天后发现其实不是那么回事的。不过也

生让bed rest,每个小时站立时间不能超过10分钟.
我要疯疯疯了,我觉得自己整个人都要垮了,这个bed rest就是一个home arrest.不动让
我很不舒服,我狗了哈,好象prolonged bed rest容易得血栓,长期卧床对身体overall是
很大的创伤.身体会deteriorate.
心情不好,骂了老公好多次.骂他只知道要老二不关心我的身体.
老二是surprise,我本来就不打算生孩子了.刚刚知道自己怀孕,我很坚定的不要.我知道
如果发到宝宝版,肯定要被骂死.
我们家情况真的太苦了,公婆和我父亲不能来也不能帮任何忙.我做饭基本做做我生,我
生完老大回到家就开始干活,我们家由于种种原因,老公说他计划不好没有给我找到baby
sitter.其间我发高烧,老公还带着我和刚出生不久的孩子到处去看租房子.我母亲在我

发帖数: 436 | 33 准备做raised bed的草地上有好几个sprinkler head（靠墙边）， 现在不知道怎么处
理它们，初步想来可能有几种方案：
1.一种是把raised bed稍微避开sprinkler一点，也是最简单的方法，但缺点是因为空
出一小行草地，今后要常常处理这行草地的草，同时这些sprinkler是和其他一些
sprinkler一起启动的，所以一旦开启sprinkler, 水将喷洒到raised bed 的壁上，浪
费水资源
2.把sprinkler head取出，然后把bed安在上面，这样就把地下的喷头堵住了，今后要
再用这些是不是就很麻烦？
3.另外，把sprinkler head取出后，有否可能利用下面的水管，安装bed的滴灌系统，
这应该是最理想的，但不知道如何操作？
请教版上有经验的达人，多谢了！ |

raised bed，对小孩特别危险，因为角太尖了。Raised bed最大的缺点是“请神容易送
神难”，哪天不想要的时候，拆除raised bed很麻烦。 |

色的）或者 Carefreash Bedding（这个里面木屑为主，少量软纸球），非常安全健康
。不能用的： pine, cedar, sawdust, corncob bedding, chlorophyll bedding, 或
者 cat litter. Pine and cedar shavings 对所有小动物都是有毒的。Petsmart卖很
多pine的bedding，不要买！
HIDEAWAY（睡觉的小屋）冬天暖暖和和的木头，夏天凉爽的陶瓷塑料。我家的喜欢2楼
的一个塑料小隔间。扔点无香型tissue进去，一般鼠鼠们都很聪明，会把它们撕碎了垫
在窝里面更加cozy~~不能用的是棉花/fluff之类丝状的，这些会绊倒他们的小爪子，而
且吃下去很危险，不消化会缠住内脏。 |

发帖数: 42 | 48 五月下旬搬进新买的house, 搬进来以后的半个月，用的旧床具，没有任何问题。
但20天之前，从剪刀店买了俩张新mattress, 加在原来的床具之上， 结果就在这两张
床垫上，开始闹bed bugs了。刚开始是二楼的新mattress上，bed bugs咬得家里的两位
老人腿上身上好些疙瘩，前后10天左右，大概每人被咬了有20个疙瘩。
二楼出事后没几天，一楼的新mattress上也出事了（两张床隔着很远，house的对角线
两端），妻子被咬了好些疙瘩，还好睡着旁边摇篮里的宝宝没事。因为我打呼噜，害怕
影响妻小休息，所以我最近都睡客厅的futon, 结果我啥事都没有。所以，貌似是新床
垫带来的问题。
刚开始时候，老人们觉得用樟脑丸就行了，但几天后发现其实不是那么回事的。不过也
不是完全没用，我们在床底下发现了俩只死去的bed bug。
我们跟剪刀店联系了，也flie claim了。但大半周过去了，剪刀店还没有给我们一个说
法呢。与此同时，我们灭虫工作一刻也不能停啊。在确认问题是bed bug以后，我们立

第一，把衣物，被褥，洗干净，高温烘干，装入密封的袋子里面，放入樟脑丸子隔离；
第二，床垫喷洒酒精，放到太阳下暴晒；
第三，床架喷洒药物，尤其是缝隙里面，也放到太阳下暴晒；
第四，去walmart买上防止bed bug的床垫密封套套好；
第五，组装床架的时候，在四个脚上分别套上一个塑料盒子，在盒子里面放上楼上说的
那种药粉，这样bed bug从地板上爬上床，或者从床上爬下地的时候必须要经过密度很
高的药粉区域，浸泡在药粉里面；床铺除开四脚着地，不要让其他任何部分接触墙壁或
者地板；
第六，房间清扫，角落里喷洒药物和药粉；
第七，门口和门框上bed bug可能经过的地方贴上胶带，喷洒药物
第八，不用的家具，衣物，用具全扔了，家里越清爽越好；
重要的是注意隔离，上床睡觉的时候站在床下脱衣服，确保衣物不要挨到床铺，身上干
净，光着身子上床。
