们透露出有买房的意思，就给我们介绍了一下，反正我们什么都不懂，就当科普了。
我们是新手，要买的话想在中部union。两人工资都不高，估计最多能买个350K的房子
，当然想尽量便宜一些，位置尽量好，年代尽量新，呵呵，比较贪心不是，结果真的很
难找，较便宜的房子都太旧了,位置也不好:(
请教几个问题：
这边的realtor是不是没有pre-approval letter都不带看房的？
一个2008年的town house, 315K， 2 bedrms, 1 bath
一个1950年的house, 265K， 4 bedrms, 1 bath, 位置似乎更好些
对于我们这种first-time buyer, 哪个更好啊
这边年代旧的房子到底咋样啊？石棉的问题是不是1970年代后的房子就没有了？别的还
有啥问题需要注意？含铅涂料？

list price 44万，好学区，zillow价格是375500（我知道这个不准），town收税按照3
5万收的。周围的房子没有卖过都是第一任房主。所以没有什么可以比较的。

在den的附近而是在房子的另一头。主要的原因是seller是按4bed room定价的，我们觉
得有欺骗的成分，因为房子在比较popular的地方，肯定有的买家不介意3个或者4个bed
room，可是如果我们按3个bedrm+ den出价，会是一个low ball offer，很大可能没什
么戏，干吗浪费自己和agent的时间呢？事实证明是有人不介意，房子最后也卖掉了，
但是我们不会花这个价钱买3bd+den的房子。 |

是LivingRM。怎么觉得厨房在中间，去FamilyRm都要从它穿过，抽油烟机也不好装。
二楼的Bedroom也很不规则。感觉二楼写着UP的地方，为了这个上阁楼的们，右上角的
那个BedRM，少了很多空间。这个改楼梯的位置有没有可能呀？
主要我们这里但凡出个房子，就是秒Gone呀。这个好久没卖掉，除了价有些高，是不是
这个FloorPlan太差了呢？ |
