有车,但是我有点担心Hartford没有价格合适的Parking lot,而且车有时要留给家里的另一
半.
$700-1200 , 1 bedrom or 2 bedroom are both OK with me, depends on
the price ( or price difference between 1br and 2br). |

，校车站和公车站(71A)就在旁边，离Giant Eagle 走路10分钟之内 （也是公车线上）
. apt.很大（570 square feet）很干净. 客厅比较独立，所以这个building里大多数
人是合租的。客厅可以用简易门完全独立隔开。heater 在客厅，本来以为heater 吵，
后来发现是开关开错了，开heater 基本没什么噪音。另外客厅比卧室大一些。
Apt.月租841。 现在客厅一直空着，打算以400 左右的价钱出租客厅。如果你喜欢住
卧室，我也可以把卧室让出来 (卧室价格441）可以提供桌子椅大灯小灯窗帘，不过没
有床。
从1月5号开始可以起租，短期（1个月）到几个月都可以。最适合visiting scholar

不过你既然都到这边了（离学校已经不近了），再多几步路，去whitefish bay，会好很多。
说到性价比，他们家2 bedroom一月685~695，加parking fee 25~35，一月差不多720，不包heat,热水也不包，平常加气电费，一般770左右，冬天加heat,热水再用得多一些，还要再加100，我自己还装了internet, 全算上，平常800，冬天900，没觉得怎么好。
我不相信他们的房子那么翘。当初看房的时候，觉得我后来租的APT朝向有点不好，他们又给我看了几套，然后说，几百套房就只有这几套了，要俺快点下决定。俺当时还觉得还行，就租了。进来没2月，楼下两家就搬了，在我住的时间里一直空着。旁边的building,陆陆续续也有一些空着的。他们家还有个问题，就是租房不做credit check,想想如果这样，neiborhood会怎样？我当时住的邻居还行，不过总觉得不保险。
不好意思，说了这么多，你也知道我是黑他们家的。你搬进去就安心住吧，像俺这种情况也是比较少的。

two bedrooms的apt. 我实在是不习惯，我半年内做了3件事：过了我的qualifying
exam, 买了个新的camry, 租了个one
bedrom apt. 然后感觉稍稍好了些。事隔多年又到了christmas, 想起了当时的情况，
