The location is so great, about 10min walk to T stop! the starmarket is in
walking distance. In proximity, there are all kinds of restaurants: indian/
Chinese/Italian restaurants, Pizza, and dunkin donut's.

Sorry for the spam.
I have one-bedroom (82x Kains Ave., Albany, CA) for short-term lease from
early April to May 3. The rent is 400 $ (Internet, local telephone, water
and garbage fee are included, furniture is also included). You have to pay
power/gas fee by yourself and it is around 35 $ per month. It is better to
pay the rent and half month security deposit when moving in.
It takes 15- 20 minutes for you to go to UC-Berkeley by bus 18. If you want,
you can share the one-bedroo |
