曾经漏过水. 但seller说最近刚换了屋顶, 并且re-paint了曾经漏水的地方. 但是漏过
水是不是很容易对dry wall及其他structure的东西有很坏的影响? 不知道是什么时候
漏的水. 假如漏过很长时间后才换屋顶,是不是房子内部就已经腐烂的差不多了?
不知道inspection会不会检查出来房子内部结构是不是被水damage了的问题?
附seller disclosure 上的原话:
"leak on master bedrooom ceiling, skylight in living room, repainted after roof replacement"
另外,seller's disclosure上还提到"powder room floor wasped",不知道是不是由漏水引起的. |

wall replaced in 2013. 那这个房子还能不能要啊？还是我需要再专门做个mold
inspection?之前去看房子的时候没觉得有什么不舒服或者奇怪的气味。
如果不找人做mold inspection，可以自己买个mold detector（就是测湿度的那种）去
测嘛？ |

prefer a graduate student type, someone who is motivated, doesn't party and
clean and quiet.No preference, really, just looking for someone clean, easy
to communicate with.
It will be a 3 bedrooom house and they will have their own bathroom and
rent 400/month but that doesn't include utilities.It'd be really great if
there are any Chinese students who want to learn English well and also get

You sleep in the dinning room. It is the cheapest way-500$ would be enough.
If you want to buy a car, you can live outside of the city. It would be
cheaper and safer. |

我以前一个男的roommate，中年，每天都回家
很晚，叮叮当当的，每天第二天都很担心的
问我，昨晚吵醒你没有？我说我什么都没听见，
他说，哦，那就好，我回来挺晚的。
后来房东卖房子我草，我们都需要找新地方，
我们就找了一个2－bedrooom apartment，还是
住在一起，后来我离开那个城市了，他经常开车
来聚，一起吃中餐buffet，他现在做了医生，也
拿了绿卡，又生了一个小孩，但是他还是经常和
我联系，保持很近的关系。
我也从来没打算告诉他，一起住的那三年，他其
实每天晚上都吵醒我。
其实这种事都是小事的。。。我觉得不要为了这个伤了和气
我可以告诉你我的室友
1 她买了车然后向防贼一样防着我。。生怕我知道，其实我不会麻烦她带我卖菜的，而
且如果她肯的话我会给她油钱。。但是她那样做让我不太舒服
2 她经常背地里用我的各种东西，我都假装不知道的
和你住在一起的人尽量要处好关系，多包容
你想想，你的信件，很多重要的东西，你的室友可能都有机会接触，何必因为小事给自
