比如一个96年的36万ranch，
3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1600sqft, finished basement.
另外一个04年的colonial，
4 bedrroms, 3.5 baths, 2100sqft, finished basement.
floor plan也更好，high ceiling.
缺点是主卧没有朝南的窗户。
总的来说，第二个要好不少，可是要42万。 |

1300 per month. I probably will move there in a couple of months too. |

门，所以洗澡的时候我一般不开排风机，这样洗完澡水汽还能留在室内，就当加湿机用了。不过后
来还是扛不过temecula太干，另外买了一个加湿机。 |
