of beef in Russia is at full swing and the prices are dropping like a rock,
here in Moscow. Beef is so cheap that Boza is a happy byproduct of that
cheapness. Boza eats nothing but raw beef and raw beef bones now and the
price is getting cheaper to do that for him everyday…
We pay 7 rubles per kilo for beef bones with meat and I just bought a kilo
of beef rib-eye, for 136 rubles a kilo…

作业给暑期电影Julie & Julia。 电影看完都三个月了才迟迟交上这份 Beef
Bourguignon。 电影没上映前我这个foodie是抱着击极大的希望滴，但是败兴而归。一
个是Julia -Meryl Streep演的像个神经亢奋的中年妇女，表演太夸张了，就为了表现
这是个轻喜剧好像太过了。 Julie - Amy Adams就是毫无特色的女演员，看完了连她长
什么样子都不记得了。影片情节简单，也没有什么太搞笑的地方，里面做的dish最终让
我记忆深刻的就是这个beef了。 回来google后找到合适的方子，这是个classic
french dish，主要特色就是red wine slow cooked beef stew。因为红酒还是很少买
，直到现在才凑齐了所有的材料。
网上有些做法需要将牛肉在红酒种腌制过夜，怕酒味太种还是没有腌制。
主要的材料就是，大块的牛肉（2 lbs），bacon（5 slices） ， 乎萝卜（两根），洋
葱（两个），蘑菇（一盒），pearl onion（忘记买）高汤（1 cup beef stock）。

发帖数: 2893 | 7 说起这个酱牛肉还是上次聚会时一个朋友介绍给大家的呢。当时就得到大家的一致好评
。这个牛肉有一个特定的名字叫corned beef，在我这里wal-mart就有卖，1.96$每磅，
是用塑料袋封起来的，一面是深红色，里面还有类似胡椒样子的香料袋。这个corned
beef不知道美国其它城市的wal-mart有没有卖，国内就更不晓得了。买不到的朋友没关
系，我会提供两种配方的。
corneded beef版
原料：
1、corned beef 一袋（一般是6$多）
2、葱、姜、花椒、大料（八角）、糖、酱油（老抽）
步骤：
1、取出袋中牛肉，一般是一大块，这牛肉是已经淹好的，带有一定咸味和香料味。把
牛肉表面洗干净，剃掉表面肥肉。男同胞们要是不介意肥肉可以不剃。把处理好的牛肉
切成2~3大块。
2、牛肉入高压锅，放入大葱一节（大约3寸长）、八角一朵、花椒5粒、糖5小勺（不喜
欢甜的朋友可以不放，但个人感觉放了味道比较好）、老抽酱油两大勺。放入清水（凉
水）快要没过牛肉即可。
3、盖锅等高压锅上气，压20分钟。
4、打开锅盖，调入味精，把汤煮到快干即可。
5、取出牛肉放凉，如冰箱冷藏一夜，待牛 |

scaring. The main meat source is from 下脚料，added some toxic chemical.
His recommendation is never buy ground beef from store, buy meat and ask the
clerk to make ground beef for you on the spot. |
