发帖数: 382 | 2 清晨，早早起床，背着相机和干粮，奔向Beehive Geyser。据
http://geysers.net/mobile/ 预测，Beehive Geyser将在8:30左右喷发，
不过这一左一右各有两小时，意味着最长四个小时的等待。我在七点半左右赶
到，还好Beehive尚未喷发。打量四周，只见Upper Geyser Basin村村点火，
处处冒烟，到处白雾缭绕。
快到八点，远处的Old Faithful Geyser率先喷发，揭开这一天喷泉总动员的
序幕。
等了快两小时，Beehive前的预警小喷泉终于出水，意味着Beehive喷发在即。
游人渐渐围拢过来。又过了二十分钟，Beehive Geyser终于喷薄而出。
Beehive Geyser离观众很近，仿佛触手可及，且喷发的时间长，势头猛。两个
多小时的辛苦等待终于得到丰厚回报。
回到旅馆，接出晚起的家人，继续我们的喷泉和彩池之旅。首先经过的是正在
休眠的Castle Geyser，看上去像个大号的Beehive Geyser，或者是小号的
活火山。

发帖数: 763 | 3 我们也走了著名的lake Agnes和little Beehive的trail。我个人感觉如果时间充裕，
走走lake Agnes的trail还不错，因为在Trail上可以同时看到三个湖（Lake Louis，
lake Mirror，Lake Agnes，还可以远看The Fairmount Chateau Lake Louis 。但是总
体来看公园里有很多trail比这个值多了，比如在icefield parkway上的bow glacier
trail。而且到了Lake Agnes （即Tea House）后，我不建议走看起来距离较近的
little Beehive trail，而是应该走Big Beehive trail。
little Beehive trail看似近，但是一直在爬山，很累。到了终点只是从高处俯瞰看到
Bow River valley.我们走的时候天下大雨，走到终点出了太阳和彩虹，终于稍稍觉得
不虚此行。Big Beehive trail实际是沿着lake Agnes 走一圈，看似距离稍长但大部分

星期三一早，开车来到距离营地不远的露易丝湖畔；虽然还不到八点，停车场却已经半
满了，沿湖的每一个观景台上也都已经挤着不少人。著名的Fairmont酒店在湖靠近停车
场的一端，与之隔湖相望的，是镶嵌在近湖矮山之间的开阔如墙的Victoria和其左边金
字塔形的Lefroy两座雪山，这两座山的下半都是陡峭的石壁，冰川笼罩在坡度稍缓的山
顶上、如戴着的两顶白帽子。水面一如既往的平静、透彻，忠实的展示着蓝天、雪山的
倒影，湖面上下、几乎看不出颜色上的差别；
岸边，红色的小船们串成一串、倒扣在码头上，湖边已经很是热闹了，湖上却还是清晨
特有的宁静。
沿着湖的西北岸往里走，不时遇到晨跑的人迎面而来；湖的尽头、淤泥越来越多，一块
块吞噬着湖水；
小路在右侧的树林里缓缓上升，与湖渐行渐远、与山越来越近。从树林中钻出，刚才看
起来还很远的Victoria，Lefroy和Mitre三座雪山连成的山脉、此时已在我的左侧，我
们之间只隔着一条窄窄的、冰川冲出的山谷；今天的山谷里已经没有一点冰雪的残存了

今天的主要活动是在Lake Louise附近hiking，行程是：
Lake Agnes -Little Beehive–Big Beehive–Plain of six glacier trail
早晨睁开眼睛，已经天光大亮，日出是看不到了，但时间不算晚，趁着大批游
人到来之前，赶去Lake Louise欣赏一下朝阳中的湖景，回到旅馆，煮了白米粥，
搭配着 旅馆提供的糕点，享用了一顿丰盛的早餐。
告别我们短暂的小资生涯，去Lake Louise 的露营地抢占个地盘，发现专门为此
次旅行购买的sleeping mat竟然没有带，只好又跑到附近的商店去租，一切安顿
下来，回到 Lake Louise的停车场时，大约10：30，这里已经人满为患，难怪
几乎所有的 旅游指南都说很多地方要么10点之前去，要么3点之后去，以后几
天的行程，确实验证了这条铁的定律。
Lake Agnes线路单程5.2公里，海拔升高386米，随着山路不断的升高，Lake
Louise 渐渐的到 了脚 下，颜色也和在湖边看到的不一样，远远 看去，象

格兰的红叶。
第一天：
下午2点飞到缅因的Portland机场，开始我们的新英格兰之行。Portland机场很小，出
来步行就可很快到租车点，没过
几分 钟，我们就坐上了租来的Focus。Portland租车还比较贵，我用的是Delta的mile
，3天含周末花了16000 mile，
之前查的报 价也要一百四五十。
我们的第一个目的地是著名的Portland Head Light灯塔，从机场开车过去30分钟左右
。灯塔还不错，值得一去，不用
门票 ，但不能爬上去看。灯塔下面有个2刀一人的灯塔museum，没啥看头，可以不去。
看完灯塔才3点左右，我们去了下一个小景点，Desert of Maine。离灯塔开车20分钟左
右。这是一个由于过度开垦而形
成 的树林里的小沙漠。门票9.75刀一人，还是有点小贵的。可以选择坐他们的有人讲
解的车，也可以自己走走。我们因
为还 要赶去Acadia，就只是自己走了一下沙漠。沙漠还算不错，就是性价比比较低，
我觉得5刀一个人还是可以考虑去

帮助，现在把自己的行程和大家分享。
由于只有老公开车，我们选择飞到Bozeman，这样向北5个半小时到冰川，而到黄石北门
只要1个半小时，不用开太久的长途。机票是在priceline上定的，由于订的晚，花了很
多米，心疼啊~~~~~
先贴行程，之后再说说衣、食、住、行啊。我们全程都没有刻意的看日出、日落，太累
，基本上每天10-11am出门，8pm左右回住处

10:30am到BZN机场，取车，一路开向East Glacier，中途顺路在Helena的walmart补给
必需品：吃的、喝的、防蚊的、牙膏、cooler（这个很有用！）5:30pm到达East

从黄石回来后，每天都要翻看旅行时的照片。这座从几个月前计划行程时就让我激动憧
憬的国家公园，又将在今后很长一段时间里丰富我的记忆。经常在网上看到有人面红耳
赤地争论别的某个地方和黄石谁更胜一筹，亲自去了一趟后终于找到答案：世上最美的
地方也许在别处，但是黄石仿佛超越尘世，根本就是幻境，二者没有可比性。

看到别人的黄石旅程都是六七天以上，我们总共只有五天假期，为了在有限的时间里欣
赏最多的风景，只能精打细算，尽量争取每一分钟时间都不浪费，每一英里路程都不重
复。最后的方案是直飞黄石附近的机场，住在景点边上的旅馆，单程驾驶，异地还车，
去时飞Montana的Bozeman, 离开时从Idaho Falls飞回San Fancisco。五天里纵贯
Yellowstone和Grand Teton的几乎所有经典，时间不算赶，行程也比较轻松。
好事多磨，临行前两三天，四次意外事件先后威胁着我们的整个行程，最后都被一一化

在很爽，就有些收不住了，文采被语文老师骂了12年了，凑合看吧。
我们同行6人都是刚到美国第二年，第一次自己安排路线出游，怕出问题或遗漏什么经
典，就查了很多攻略，提前拟定好了行程。一趟下来玩得非常爽，黄石大提顿景色很壮
观有特点，天气也非常给力，可以说没有任何遗憾了。

准备物品：
衣服就不说了，但那边海拔2km左右，记得以前学的是1km减8度，带件厚的准没错。
帽子一定要，遮阳的，某些22们带镂空的帽子结果一直掉头皮。
一次性雨衣或冲锋衣。我们运气很好，都是大晴天或多云。
手套如果你准备爬山就带一个薄的，太阳镜必须的，要不然亮瞎你的双眼。
望远镜，看动物必备！必须的！要不然别人看着熊，你就干瞪眼儿。
防蚊液准备一瓶没错，湖边很多虫子。防晒更不用说了，那边海拔高。

这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥

货repackaged. PA的蜜labeled as "Lancaster blossom". LOL. |

发帖数: 2308 | 43 飓风带来的大雨下平均一小时积水3桶。铁格子是固定在水泥里的，而且间隙太小，
snake插不进去，只好抡锤子砸开。万幸snake随后解决了问题，彻底通畅了。等飓风过
了后再买个beehive filter安上。 |

而上，以后可以慢慢琢磨。
我这里只说一些实用的东西，关于小孩子足球的。
我孩子三岁开始报名参加大众的足球训练课，一直到5岁开始有娱乐性质的对抗比赛。
训练内容他一直可以完成的不错，但是比赛的时候他一般是跟着人群跑（所谓的
beehive soccer), 而且一旦十五分钟下来如果碰不到球的话，他的注意力就开始分散
到周围的花花草草还有蝴蝶虫子之类的事情上面去了。。。
我倒是不怎么着急，因为我觉得训练内容完成的不错，比赛这个东西就是给大家发散发
散精力的机会。
直道有一天，我们两个睡前躺在床上聊天。他那个时候5岁。聊着聊着我们就说起男孩
还有男人应该有自己的强项，可以培养自信。我问他你的强项在哪里，我心里想足球总
得算一个的。结果他说了三四样东西（老实说对这几个我非常有保留意见），没提过足
球。我问他那足球呢？他说：
“i am not really good at soccer..."
而且意犹未尽的样子。我就继续问他为什么这么认为，但是他不想再多说了。

纯属随便建议，仅供参考：
1） 不强调输赢，强调have fun， 强调effort，鼓励动起来， 所以，进球了（纯属运
气）说Great job! 输球了一定要说Great try!
2) 队形一定要讲，执行不了一定要接受（beehive队形是现实），然后一定要接着再讲
－－ 其实这是美国群众体育的优势：以赛代练。 比赛机会多。 中国的小球员（有限
的一些小时候练球的），比赛机会少得可怜，整天被逼在那里傻练苦练枯燥练，所以出
成绩很难。 |

到portland吃中饭
继续上路，在Augusta下 95 转 3号路一直开到trentonbridge，吃龙虾晚餐。（不知到
达的时候能否赶上退潮，去捡螃蟹）
晚上逛逛bar harbor小镇，然后去1小时车程外的宾馆入住（时间晚了，订的地点有点
远）
4号早8点出发
买门票进park loop road
经过sand beach， 走走beehive trail
到达thunder hole看看涨潮（大概正午）
到达jordan pond house 吃吃下午茶兼午餐，可能走走 eagle lake trail
继续开车到cadilac山顶
开车去看看somes sound
开车去看bass harbor灯塔顺便落潮抓螃蟹
到beal's lobster吃龙虾。
开车返回。 |
