看书之后发现了之前的几个重要误区。
sleep training和cry it out是完全不同的两个概念。四个月正是小人开始形成规律睡
眠的时候。闺女越来越利害的哭闹其实是overtired的表现。而训练的核心应该是让小
人可以在（1）正确的时间（2）自己睡一个（3）有长度（4）有质量的整觉。总结起来
就是right timing，self soothing，sleep duration and sleep consolidation。Cry
it out是解决self soothing的有效方法。但是更重要的，也是我们一开始没做到的，
是知道小人应该睡多少，应该什么时候睡，她的drowsy signs是什么，什么时候她已经
overtired了。
overtired是个很重要的问题。一旦过度疲劳，小人就会分泌激素自我激励，看起来可
能反而更精神了，但是会有如脾气暴躁（irritable)、注意力下降、凶（aggressive）
，爱哭闹等诸般恶行。更重要的是，长此以往，fatigue可以积累，会有种种长期不良

说”anger begets anger这句话是没有意义（无关痛痒）的
因为人世间的苦难实在是太多了
当人们忙于深陷于自己的痛苦之中的时候
是无暇顾及到别人的
也无法体会别人愤怒的理由（除非…见最后一段）
小女友太小了
她可以说这句话
但不过是个注脚而已（因为事情没有轮到她身上）
警长的遗书则是从anger到love到calm到thought
然后还扯到了恐同的事，也感觉有些跳跃
其实有另一句引用我觉得更恰当，是这样的：
"The opposite of anger is not calmness, its empathy."
这就是楼主总结的几个画面：
警长吐血的时候女主角的反应
警长遗书里对女主角和暴力警察说过的话
医院里red给暴力警察倒橙汁
暴力警察坐在秋千上跟女主角谈话
暴力警察给女主角打电话汇报线索和跟进

…
然后可以讨论下empathy和女主角演员说的compassion有啥区别…
但是这一段小女友演得很好，展露善良温和天性, 为后面在餐馆里说出全剧重要的

Several methods you should try all together (AND, not OR)
1. He must take a nap. Seems like he needs a nap. Try to put him on bed noon
. If the results are not good, put him on bed 11 to 11:30am. Make the room
quiet but don't shutter the window.
2. For night sleep, put him in bed earlier (much earlier than his usual bed
time), probably an hour or two hours earlier. Read books 15 min before
turning off |

7-7不是TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.我们四个半月,现在是7:30-7:30,宝宝先6:30吃奶,7:00
放床上自己睡觉.大人7:30左右吃饭.晚上宝宝11:30吃一次.早上4点到6点之间会醒一两
次,但给奶嘴就睡回去了(汗...,准备大一点再TRAIN).
我们平常和周末时间都围绕他的NAP,我们就自己,没老人帮,周末都是分开行动.比如我
今天逛MALL,就宝爸一人带大半天.明天买菜,宝爸自己去,我带半天.觉得这样高效率一
些,也保证了宝宝的睡眠.如果必须一起出去,选择下午3-6点,这样半下午的那个30-45分
钟的小睡可以在CARSEAT或STROLLER里睡. |

我家娃就是，睡得越好，就越高兴，哪一觉没睡够，就一直不高兴，动不动就要嚎

我家宝宝貌似需要累一点晚上才睡得踏实。白天睡太多好像晚上会睡不好，老醒。我家
的老人们也都说宝宝累一点，白天睡少一点晚上才睡得好。Dr. Weissbluth说白天睡得
好，晚上才睡得好。你们的体会呢？
2. 早一点上床睡觉真的能解决晚上老醒的问题吗？
我家宝宝以前10点睡觉，后来看了这本书以后改成9点睡觉。偶尔8点多上床。但是上床
时间提前了以后我没觉得宝宝晚上醒来的次数变少了。昨天晚上9点睡觉，一晚上宝宝
醒了5次！
3. 长牙会让宝宝老醒吗？这个年龄的separation anxiety会让宝宝老醒吗？
Dr. Weissbluth说不会，但是我家宝宝晚上醒的次数已经到了我们无法忍受的地步了，
比月子里还频繁！我们再找原因，目前觉得长牙和separation anxiety是可能的原因。
你们的体会呢？

发帖数: 202 | 42 有段时间白天吃很少，我觉得才7-10oz的样子，然后晚上奶睡，1-2小时一醒，不停的
吃，我觉得宝就是晚上知道有补的，然后白天混个不饿就行了。。nap也很差，偶尔一
下不错能睡个2－3小时，但是很偶尔，一般30分钟就醒
但是我开始训的时候奶量已经回来了一些了，白天，一次都能到4-5oz（不过午觉之后
那次只有3oz左右），其实很多时候还是30分钟－45分钟一醒的样子，nap很短，但是我
们都试图延长，比如30分钟宝醒了，然后从crib里抱起来，哄哄再睡，争取睡到1个半
小时到2个小时，这是上午
下午基本上（其实是中午觉），争取睡到2-3小时，然后5点左右再睡半个小时（争取睡
到1个小时）
nap太短也不太好，很多说法就是白天睡得多，晚上才能睡得好，（sleep begets
sleep）或者晚上更容易入睡（但是最好nap也不要超过3小时。。）
基本上按儿医的说法，娃是有自己的balance，如果晚上吃得不多，就会白天吃回来，
相反亦然，如果实在担心晚上也可以喂啊，只是喂了之后还是要等娃没睡着之前放下去
，我第一天就喂了
后来睡整觉，其实中途偶尔还是醒1-2次，还是哭几声，不过很快就睡了 |

不说以前的情况，就说最近，原本是8点上床，自己翻腾到8点半才能睡着，早上7点半-
8点醒，结果因为要上daycare，所以我们想让娃早点儿起，提前到7点半扔床上，每天没
有10分钟就睡着了，而且人家反而变成早上8点-8点半才醒
去。

时不至于昼夜颠倒就让他睡，白天睡得好，晚上睡得更好,sleep begets sleep

也就是说不该nap的时候不要让宝宝睡觉，宁可等到下一个nap的时间。
很多人认为，晚上宝宝频繁醒来是由于白天睡多了造成的。其实不然，sleep begets
sleep。白天的小睡其实是有助于晚上的睡眠的。
在我对宝宝睡眠训练之前，宝宝爷爷总说宝宝白天睡多了，让我在晚上把宝宝抱起来玩
。我很顽固，幸好我很顽固，没有听从老人的意见。
宝宝频繁醒来的问题最简单的办法就是让宝宝学会自己入睡，所以在8-12点之间他该睡
觉的时候醒来以后自己就会睡回去。
抱睡是很不好的习惯，宝宝其实在被抱的时候睡眠不会太沉。由于三个月以后，宝宝的
睡眠逐渐成熟起来，越来越接近成年人的睡眠，所以宝宝三个月以后，睡眠还是需要提
倡motionless sleep
试想你在汽车飞机上的睡眠质量高还是在床上的睡眠质量高？ |

讲睡眠的书，包括著名的CLB，no cry sleep solution都是作者的经验总结，相对来说
不是特别科学。

晚上睡不好是因为白天不够累这个说法就不对，随便看一本睡眠的书就知道。
10个月每天才11个小时就不够，1岁到3岁一天都在12~14小时。
建议哪怕反对睡眠训练，也先看一本睡眠的书，了解基本知识。 |
