－面试经历
上午4个，下午4个，每人半小时
中间presentation和午饭
面试问题都是围绕简历，介绍现在和以前做的东西
管理能力，交流能力考察，会问个人问题
面试人会介绍公司发展，管理结构，工作主要内容（能听到学到很多）
会有人跟你介绍当地的生活情况，工资情况
如果对自己做过的东西比较了解，就不觉得很难
（简历上我只放自己觉得有把握的，只知道皮毛的没有写）
俺没有特意（主要是没时间）准备behaviour Q 而且觉得吧，其实不能光想着要到这份
工，也要看是否这份工适合自己的性格，所以应该表现最真实的自己，这样以后也不会
后悔。。。当然如果是急着找工作，那就还是准备一下；不过要知道这个没有统一标准
，还要看面试你的人自己的behaviour如何，如果是HR的就给个体面的就行了
－面试感受
最深的：大公司里的阶级斗争；不是在大公司里工作的每个人智商情商都很高
说实话，我特想听听这个班上其他在大公司做的人的真正感受。俺对大公司是雾里看花

单的办法来区分，就是看这个学科的对自己的定义中是否包含了人的价值判断，包含了
的就是社会科学，不包含的就是自然科学。这个“人的价值判断”是啥意思，让我举例
说明。
大家知道，经济学是一门社会科学，其定义为“the science which studies human
behaviour as a relationship between ends and scarce means which have
alternative uses.”（Robbins, 1945，引自wikipedia/Economics）。经济学成为社
会科学的原因不是因为它“studies human behaviour”，而是它的研究“ends"，"
uses"这样的包含价值判断的东西，从不同的角度，对不同的人，这些的所指是完全不
同的，没有客观的不依赖于人的判断标准。类似的，教育学，社会学等等的定义都包括
人的价值判断的成分，是社会科学。
