bought my own kettlebells about a year ago.
Kettelbell training is just so different. I think of it not as just weight
training. It is more like HIIT to me. My weak link happens to be my heart
and lungs. I can hardly control my breath rhythm and my heart is about to
burst before I feel muscle fatigue.
