belives people should restrain their feeling simply by ignoring it. You seem
to fit in the letting- anger- out type. There are anger management classes
bring awareness of what casues your anger and how to express your anger

I have couple of co-wrokers in special government assist program now. They
only pay a little money every month until the foreclosure process finishes.
This process is now about 2 years long( before is less than 6 months). So
they can live in a big house in a price less than a 2 BR apt's rent.
Even after 2 years, nobody knows whether they will be kicked out of house
becuase governement is the owner.
