了。
Oahu岛上唯一的一小片雨林在Manoa Fall，在夏威夷大学后面，不大，Hiking一两个小
时足够了，但是也能感受一下雨林的气氛。这个地方一般游客不知道，旅行社也不可能
带着去。
大岛上是没有雨林的，大多数是荒地（想像一下火山刚喷发完的样子）。岛北边才有一
些树林。如果实在想看火山，安排一两天在大岛好了，但是Oahu的行程就要压缩了。不
建议这么做。火山一直在活动，每天岩流情况都不一样，去了也不能保证就能看到岩浆
，有可能只是远远的看看白烟。由于路面不断被岩浆覆盖，现在可能看到岩浆的地方离
能停车的地方已经很远了，需要在高低不平的凝固岩浆上走几个小时才能看到。很多人
喜欢晚上去，能看清岩浆的红色，这样下午就要从停车场开始步行，才能保证前半夜能
离开公园往回走。如果没有那么强烈的看到流动的岩浆的欲望，倒不需要花那么多时间
。如果真要去，记住几点：
1. 不要住在Kona，离火山公园太远，住在Hilo附近。
2. 晚上在岩浆上走是很危险的事情，一定要多个人在一起，准备足够的水，手电，一

一直很喜欢这首歌，可惜不会弹吉他，没法唱。最近发现了GarageBand这个宝贝，立解
有心无力之苦。
说说制作。三轨人声，两轨吉他，全部在iPad GarageBand上完成。吉他是在
Smart Guitar上一指头一指头弹出来的。本来想用自动和弦，结果有一个theme chord
又是sus又是add，Smart Guitar居然不支持，而且自动生成的种类太少也不好听。于是
上网找原唱谱子，找来找去都是吉他六线谱，比我熟悉的多一条线，看不懂放弃了。最

club 距离可能受lie的影响， flyer lie 就有可能打过头， 落地滚动距离需要local
knowledge, 也受random factor 的影响。
过一段时间完全不full swing, club distance 会变。
我也是这样， 1两周后重拾， iron shorter by 5-10, driver 只有 220 - 240. 完全
warm up后， 在加上连续swing back and forth 吧节奏搞出来， driver才能 250+。
我常用的practice green很不错， a lot of slope on/around green， 可以
replicate很多场上的情况.
昨天50-60吗的pitch到5feet， 但是对break 判断的过头了， 结果2 putts from 5
feet. aff 以前提到在这个course 3putt 很多，但是我觉得green 本身的确较为

on the canister shortly after he fired up the stove, and the flame become
weak even though there was still plenty of fuel left in the canister. He
had to "hand-warm" the canister for sustainable flame.
So I would suggest to go with any white gas stove since you mostly go for

至于Deception Island名称的由来，有一种说法是，Deception Island外表看起来象一
