1）找property manager管理的好处是，你不用直接和tenant打交道，所以如果房子的
区域所在是按照多数中国人认为的并不特别安全的区域，找property management感觉
安全一些。再就是通常professional property management有他们自己的repair crew,
所以如有修理之类的，你只要出钱，他们会派人，不用你自己找人等等。不好处除了
你要付management fee以外，他们是公事公办，按部就班，如有tenant的change,他们
大部分都是等前面一个走了，have someone professionally cleaned the unit, 然后
再show, interview之类的，所以当中就会有空置率。所以钱上会吃亏一些，就是稍微
省心一些。
