you can take it with you. All the equipment your purchased with start-up,
they belong to the school. Some schools will sell you the equipments if you
want to take it with you. Reagents are more confusing, I know one school
sent an auditor to a lab to inventory what's belonging to the school.
However, some schools don't really care. |

When you work for an university, I bet you didn't go read the handbook
mentioned in the employment contract. It is not only for biology, actually
a lot university made a lot more money from IPs generated from engineer
schools. Be honest with you, the research doesn't belong to the professor
either, the schools or institutes usually take 50% cut.

It seems O(n) is not possible, should be at least O(nlgn). Worst case
scenario, all the numbers belong to their own group, meaning no two numbers
are consecutive. Then each number has to be compared with existing group to
find out whether it belongs to them or has to be in a new group of his own.
Anything based on comparison like this has a low bound of O(nlgn). Of course
, if the storage can be O(Max), then O(n) time can be realized, similar to
the counting algorithm. |

JourneyUp说过，不纠结大家靠直觉往往就好使了。我个人认为，尽管这是个没解的课
题，家长理解这个纠结本身就有用。有时孩子需要的就是一个理解的肩膀，
Confirmation, Validation。家长不注意批评孩子＂没底气＂就不Helpful。或者孩子
骂回去，家长批评孩子Rude也不对。家长和孩子只要是一伙的就是好事儿。
而且我是坚定的学习派。我贴的这个LINK。讲孩子需要Respect和Belonging。孩子被歧
视事件攻击后，就应该注意修补他们的Respect和Belonging。
告诉孩子他 is respected for his kindness, hardwork, etc.. 告诉孩子 He doesn'
t lose true friends when bigots say ignorant things. 所以家长主动去学习这个
