TTLs are something you had to pay whatsoever. Why bother about that? It
would be much easier for people to know how good the deal is by just saying
that how much the before TTLs price is below or above the invoice. For
example, a $4,000 below invoice for a BMW 5 is an OK deal, but you probably
can only expect to have $500 below invoice for a Lexus RX350. |

3.6R 的invoice是32077
NY NJ New England地区的dealer因为不是直接从SOA订车，所以他们的invoice比其他
地区比如PA的要高300～400
普遍的共识是及格deal应该在2% below invoice
NY NJ这边比较难 但是不是不可能
如果你住芝加哥附近，你可以找Grand Subaru，他们一般最后可以谈到5% below
invoice
我自己是从Brattleboro Subaru VT订的，最后是4% below invoice 不过他们的base
invoice高了400而且收的deal fee也高 |

discount 有两千多，另外 Toyota 有两个 rebate 分别是两千和一千。
在 MITBBS 看了不少大神的帖子。于是便装作很老练地给 dealer 发 email 说：“我
对你们 Stock# XXXXX 的车子很有兴趣。我没有 trade-in，也不需要 finance。你能
否做到 $500 below invoice？如果行，我就打算买了。”
结果对方马上回 email 说 $500 below invoice 没问题。
我看他回得这么爽快，怕有猫腻，于是让他把所有明细列出来。
他很快回了 email，一看。"$500 below invoice"的价格，比他们网上 MSRP - dealer
discount 的价格还高好几百。
我 KAO，这 invoice 的价格我也没法核实啊。
这就好像人家说“冰糖葫芦五毛钱一串”，我去问人家七毛钱卖不卖？ |

depends on the year and your tax filing status. Technically, the "limit" is
a phaseout range where your ability to contribute gradually goes away. For
2014, you can look at this table to see what the phaseout ranges are:

This is a pretty good puzzle. You can actually find the cutoff and a
description of exactly which pairs are in the solution in less than O(N)
time, but outputting all the solutions takes O(N) time, so it doesn't help
you overall. This won't be much of a hint, but finding the cutoff point can
be done in O(sqrt(N)*log2N) time. Forgive me for not writing code, but this
gets pretty nitty-gritty in spots.
