换了工作，工资高了很多，可是用EAD 心里老是不踏实。老公年纪不小了，自己的H1B
还过期了，老是拖拉着不申请EB1A，我自己申请了EB2,把他带上。可是现在这个排期，
不知道等到猴年马月。
再说换工作的事。工作换了，老公很开心，当然了，工资涨了很多，比他更是多多了。
在downtown上班，刚开始六点就出门乘公车。然后回来早点，就想着早点做饭吧，老公
下班把孩子接回来就可以吃晚饭。可是他倒是抱怨了，说孩子在daycare呆的时间太长
。早上快九点了他才把孩子送去，下午叫我四点回来就去接孩子。我花那么多钱送孩子
去daycare不就是想让他多和小朋友玩会吗？他自己不会早点回来接吗？我真的很累，
刚换一个新环境，工资多了，工作环境比以前差多了。有次回家都差点吐了。
他知道心疼daycare的阿姨，就不知道心疼自己的老婆吗？我上班回来，马上就要做饭
，还要带孩子。我觉得我折腾啥啊。本来还可以在在家上班。就怕到时候我就成了自己
挣钱的全职保姆，他更有理由把什么事情都推在我身上了。

其实我前面说到的专业 c，你可以 achieve racial diversity mix without AA，比如
c 里面完全可以说招木司令是因为人对木司令更熟悉更有第一手的体会。
这里其实给 AA 一个两难推理。既然 racial diversity mix 是 beneficial 的，那为
什么不直接以这种 beneficial 为标准来审核？
这样实际的效果也就达到了 racial diversity mix，同时也不用 race-based AA 或者
硬性按专业区分。

而在 measure result 的时候，monitor 那个 diversity 的 statistical
measurement。

期后孵化成幼虫。一般grub每平方英尺超过5个就比较严重，需要控制了。grub在仲夏
和早秋间长大，对植物的破坏也最大，所以最近大家都在问grub的问题。
对grub的非化学控制主要是生物和物理手段：
1。milky spore
milky spore是之前比较流行的生物手段，它的局限性主要是见效慢，而且只能针对
japanese beetle的grub。南方，比如德州的grub很多来自june beetle，因此效果不太
好。
2. Beneficial nematodes
我能找到的可以买到的Beneficial nematodes有三种：sc, sf, Hb。三种生活习性，对
温度耐受程度不同，对grub的效果也略有不同。不过都可以用来控制grub，有效率在50
%以上。最容易买到，也最便宜的是sf。不过效果不是最好，最好的据说是Hb，也是对
温度要求最高的。
