美国国会联合经济委员会（Joint Economic Committe）作证时，发表了被外界视作其
迄今针对人民币的最强硬言论。
他表示，人民币币值被低估了，美国应该继续就人民币汇率问题向中国施压。
胡总前脚刚踏出美国，伯南克立即向北京发难了。
美国一直叫嚷的逼迫人民币升值背后的阴谋，戳穿了就是“我国曾经8块钱买的东
西，现在逼迫我国以6块、5块、4块或者更低的价格再卖给它”。这就是所谓的人民币
升值的全部内容。
对于这种赤裸裸的“强迫交易行为”，我们即使用抢劫、洗劫等词语也不足以揭穿
美国的行为的全部实质，其全部的真实意图就是---赖帐！即把我国 8000多亿美圆国债
和两万多亿美圆外汇赖掉或赖到最低。
